On 7/10 and 7/11 I sent ********************* $1504 and $70 respectively via Zelle to provide hoarder cleaning services through the ExtremeHoardingCleanouts.com website. I was informed via text msg on 7/12 from ************ that they could not provide agreed upon services. I asked and was assured refund would be provided. To date, I've heard nothing back from them and have not received the refund despite multiple followups. I have been left with little recourse other than to continue texting them my intention to escalate through various avenues, including BBB. I hired what I thought was a cleaning company I found through ****** when searching Chico Ca deep cleaning companies. On said website they stated they had experienced cleaners with special hoarding skills, deep cleaning, anxiety and much more. They also stated they were a chico company numerous times. Turns out they have no cleaning company in *****. After searching the "owners" name ********************* from the zelle payment I sent of $674 to The business, if there is really one, is in ********. The only address I could find on the cleaning site "squeakycleanhouse" in OKC was to a building that was for lease. Was also the address I was given by the office manager **** who contacted me after I filled out their questionnaire on their website called ****************************************************************************************************** The address was ****************************************************************** there was no address on the site I found and booked the appointment through. It was Tuesday the 4th of June and she tried to get me to pay half of what the services would cost with cash app but I didn't feel comfortable with that because of the red flags of no address on the website and no reviews etc. I wanted to pay through my bank. She said if I paid before 3pm she would have cleaners out to me by Thursday. So even though Im sick and pretty much bed ridden (which is why I needed their help in the first place) I rushed to the bank and paid before 3. Thursday came and went. She kept telling me stories about why people couldn't make it. And when 10 days went by I asked for a refund which their website Says they give full refunds no worries but now I get no response from her just automated, and the phone she was texting from which is the only number on all their websites only makes outbound calls no incoming calls. I paid half the money for services I never received and would like my money back. I have more details and screenshots I can include if needed about what I personally consider to be a scam.
