Payment Methods
  • They accept VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER,  PayPal and Pre-approved Net 30 lines of credit. Check acceptance limited to established customers with net 30 accounts. Please contact them by phone or email to request a Net 30 Credit Application.
Refund and Exchange Policy
  • They ask that customers provide them with refund or exchange request, damage claim or order discrepancy issues in a timely manner according to their current website policy Terms Of Service found under "Shipping Information" in their menu. 

    1. Damage/Lost Shipments: They will work to replace the damaged product in a timely manner in accordance with the current policy posted on their website.
    2. Discrepancies:  Defective or wrong item issues will be rectified when the issue is reported in a timely manner as posted on their website.
    3. General Returns: Please contact them within 5 business days of receipt of your purchase, according to the terms posted on their website, a re-stocking fee may apply. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Opened or partially used items will be considered.

    **Mandatory RMA Policy: All categories of return orders will require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) which can be obtained by contacting them at 405.562.4144 or toll free at 800.232.6130.
