I called for an estimate from Weed Man - Turf Magic LLC, PO Box ****, **********, in October, 2022. I was not contacted prior to services being rendered. I received my first invoice for Fall Weed **************Em on November 8, 2022. There have been three so called services provided. Each time a service was rendered, I was not contacted either by phone, text or email. The only way I knew that they had come to my residence an invoice was left on my door. And from the looks of my yard, no services were rendered only an invoice was left on my door. I called the office phone number listed on the my invoices on March 16, 2023 and requested that the services be cancelled because my yard was full of weeds. Guess what, I had an invoice for so called services rendered on April 10, 2023. I sent a written statement via the ************* ************** requesting that the services be cancelled. I stongly believe that the only reason that they stopped leaving invoices is that I have an outstanding balance of $171.67 for phantom services. In the letter that I sent via email, I stated that I would pay for the March 01, 2023 so called First Weed Control - $84.50 and the so -called 04/10/2023 Second Weed Control. Please remember that I requested my services to be cancelled on March 16, 2023. Of course mass amnesia occurred and no record of the phone call could be found. My yard was full of weeds and looked awful. I was forced to purchase two bags of *********** and Feed. I spent my weekend administering the weed and feed. I am now receiving phone calls from the company regarding payment. It is amazing "How I am now notified by phone". Not once did I receive a phone call before or after so called services were rendered on 08Nov2022, 01Mar2023 or 10Apr2023. I do not know if every customer receives this type of phathom service or perhaps customers with certain zip codes. I am writing not only for myself but as a warning for other prospective customers.
