Avoid this company and hire a real professional company, they do not live up to their standards by the name. They came out to my home and sprayed their watered-down chemicals on my yard to prevent weed control and fertilizer. My weeds grew even more after the treatment and my yard looked even worse when they left a week later. I called to inform them that I needed them to come out to spray a month later and they refused to come back until my next appointment. The customer service rep and manager were nasty and didn't care all they wanted was money and no concern for the customer's needs.Now they are trying to threaten me with collections when obviously no services were rendered. I had to hire a real lawn service professional company to take care of my weed and fertilizing. Now my yard looks very healthy after the 1st treatment.If I would have paid them upfront I definitely would want a refund on watered-down chemicals that do not help your yard.There letter to me.Your account is on a Credit Hold for non-payment for the treatment we completed. Collections is attempting to take over this account. We had given you a half price discount at the time you signed up because it was your first treatment with us. We are proud to say we have the highest retention rate with our customer base in the state at 85%. We strive on educating our customers on the process of Lawn Maintenance and let them know it takes a whole season of our program to get the lawn in check. We have a 100% satisfactory guarantee and one treatment is not going to make a huge difference in and make all weeds disappear. Weed seeds are always present. We are just going to suppress and clean the lawn each and everytime we are there. I am sorry if my office staff did not make that clear when you get a 50% off app and then dont pay it. You dont allow for our program to receive all pre and post emergents. If you call our office I would love to address any issues and offer a solution.Review from Rick S

Avoid this company. There are several lawn care providers in the *** metro area to use, just not this one.They damaged my AC unit, sent out the owner of the company, "claimed" to take responsibility for it but said their technician wouldn't have done something like this without reporting it, told me they'd replace the parts, and then never heard from them again. In regards to their service there were several times during my time with them where I was pulling weeds in both my front and back yard so their treatment plans aren't effective, I unlocked my back gate but they'd never relock it even on the times when I would ask them too, they showed up late, and sometimes wouldn't even notify me that they were coming. They also blamed other homes in the area blowing their products into my yard. I actually seeded and fertilized my yard on my own and it looks better than the last year of service when I used Lawn Doctor. I've been meaning to leave a review but they coincidentally sent me an e-mail asking for a review on ******* so thanks for the reminder Lawn Doctor. I cancelled my business with them end of May / Early June because I never heard back from them about damaging my property and their poor lawn care service.
