      I placed an order for 2 metal intitial/name pieces in May of 2022 from Foreman Metal Works. Advertisement offered 1/2 off. My total charge was for $99.92. My bank card was charged on May 9, 2022. These were to be Christmas gifts and I have not received them as of yet. I have tried to contact them - the website is not valid and the phone number ************ only rings busy. If I am unable to receive the items, I desire a full refund from the company.

      Ive placed an order in April 2022 and have not received the items. I tried contacting the business several times through email and received only one response stating they will ship it ASAP. Ive also tried contacting them through their **************, no response. I found this company through Instagram. They are still sending out email advertisements as well.

      I placed an order with this company on April 25, 2022. I still have not received it. I contacted them several times and only heard back once on May 26 stating that they would send it out as soon as possible. Still haven't received anything and they will not contact me. What do I do to get my money back?

      April 10 2022 I ordered a split letter metal monogram on their website for a gift for the end of May, their website clearly stating 3-6 week delivery so thats what I was expectingon the 6th week I reached out via email asking about when I should expect my order not once but twice and both times I got ASAP as a response since I could not have the product in hand to give as a gift I decided to contact them again, this time asking if they could change the mailing address and name on the delivery so that it could be mailed directly to the recipientsthey responded wed be happy to do thatso here we are over 10 weeks now and I can not get any response from them, Ive tried on their ******** page but they blocked me, and have not even given me the courtesy of an answer of a timeframe on the delivery.I want the product but I want it as promisedI get itits custom, things take time, mail is slower than normal since Covid hit but to just blatantly ignore my email requests is just not anyway for a business to runthey answer and respond to what helps them not the customeri know this because of the earlier responses Ive dealt with..I am requesting either a full refund or an expedited order to be fulfilled

      I place my purchase on Oct.30 2021. I paid ***** for a American Freedom Eagle wall hanging. I contacted them over a dozen times throughout this time period. They kept telling me it would be coming. Now they are ignoring all my emails. All I want is what I paid for. I have uploaded a copy of my receipt of my initial order.Foreman Metal Works ORDER #*****

      I placed my order on 11/27/2021 (order #*****). On 12/21/2021 I requested an update and I was told that it was cut and ready to be powder coated. On 1/3/2022 I again checked the status and I was informed the cut was not satisfactory and they were making another one and that my product would be shipped that week. On 1/11/2022 I requested a status as to when I would receive my product and was hoping it would be delivered by February 4 since what I had ordered was to be a Christmas present and now would have to be a birthday present. I was informed on 1/11/2022 that it should be delivered by February 4. On 1/29/2022 I asked for confirmation that my order had been shipped. I was told on 1/31/2022 that they would check on it. On 2/3/2022 I sent an email expressing my disappointment and informing them this treatment was unacceptable and went against their founding prinicples they post on their website and asked how they would make me a happy customer. No response. On 2/10/2022 I sent an email requesting to cancel my order and to refund me my money. No response.

      I placed an order with Foreman Metal Works of *************, ** in late October. It was for 5 pieces and was for $200. On 11/15/2021 I asked for an update and a tracking number for my order. I was emailed back by *** Foreman that it takes 3-6 weeks to ship. On 11/25/2021 I again emailed asking for an update, and if they couldn't ship, please refund my money. I was emailed back the following day and was told they were working on them. On 12/6/2021, 12/10/2021 and 12/18/2021 I again asked for an updates and have been ignored. They are now ghosting me with no response what so ever. This has gone on long enough. I either want my order promptly or a full refund. Can you help please?
