January 19, 2024 my wife took our daughters car in for service. She was promised a loaner car upon scheduling the service. She arrived at the dealership and a loaner car wasnt provided. The dealership proceeded to do an oil change and charged her in excess of $600 for said service which wasnt agreed upon before hand. I complained after to the manager about the excessive price, he opted to give us a discount on another service and promised upon our next visit a loaner vehicle would be provided, the service was scheduled for 3-1-24 and the car was brought in. No loaner car was provided on this date, the service manager ************************* made promises to get our business. He has lied on multiple occasions. He has literally taken advantage of our generosity. He is falsifying his commitment to receive compensation.

****************** was unhappy with the charges for his last service. In an effort to satisfy him as a client, we made an offer to perform additional service on his vehicle for no labor charge. Although we had reserved a loaner vehicle for his use, we were unable to provide the loaner vehicle due to the driver's age. To further resolve the situation, we expedited the service on the vehicle, and also covered the cost of both labor and parts for the service.

We bought a brand new GLE350 in Oklahoma City, and for about two weeks we found out the vehicle had already been registered in another persons name. We resolved that with buying another GLE350 from them. That is where all the problems came in. The brand new GLE350 (VIN# *****************) have tons of issue. Around 300 miles, the Engine light came on. Immediately took it to the dealership, and they told me I can drive it as long it is not overheated. I had to wait almost a month to get the car serviced due to busy schedule and lack of loaner car. The Engine light came on again the following month. I had to wait again for the loaner car to be available. I need a car to commute for work. The windshield wipers were not installed properly from factory. It was seated higher where only one windshield wiper can be lifted. Other issues including Malfunction parking sensor, noise in the cabinet, fine leaks, loose trims, corrosion on brakes, steering wheel shakes, and more. See attachments for details. Issue is safety hazard, and I dont trust the car anymore. One time on the highway we had a sensor issue. Despite a huge distance with the car ahead of us, the car did a hard stop causing the seatbelts to tighten in an extreme way and my kid was terrified. His chest was red. I have three kids, so this is very concerning. As parent, I dont feel safe going long distance with my kids in the car or even in town. The problems are the dealership did not fix all the way. There are still noise in the car and shaking braking. I went to the dealership for constant issues many times in two months. Now I am waiting for a part to arrive from Germany. The car is only around **** miles and the engine lights to came on twice in a month. I want to remain ******** customer, but I do not trust this car. It is a brand-new car, yet so many safety issues had already occurred. I would like an exchange, but the dealership can only repair it. The vehicle was defective in many ways. It is extremely stressful with those experience. Its a safety concerns for my three kids also.

The customer has reached out to ************* to discuss her options in exchanging the vehicle for a replacement. We will continue to work diligently to correct the issues the customer is experiencing with the car, however if her desire is to exchange the vehicle, she will have to work with the manufacturer to evaluate the situation.

Mr. ********* did in fact complete an online application, 25 days ago, for financial approval through our website with specific instruction for us to submit it only to Mercedes-Benz financial services, to which we did.  We have a copy of both the front and back of his Drivers License,as well as multiple documented text messages that include both photos and videos.  If further supporting information or dialogue is needed regarding this matter, please reach out to me directly.

      Many thanks,

I am rejecting this response because: you should review the attachment. rich is a liar, i have never been to oklahoma and live in kansas city.  a ex is using my info to put 50 inquiries in my report to damage my score. i never applied and i'm currently doing mbfs in arbitration. this oklahoma dealer is being dumb. arbitration court $3,000 to start. hiring a lawyer 5,000 retainer. then the arbitrator hearing 2500. off this dealer does not want to spend 10,000 they should remove the inquiry. rich  is this inquiry on my report with $10,000 just to harm a black man? are you that racist rich? you rather waste 10k then remove a inquiry when i never stepped a foot in your dealership.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

Mr. **********, did in fact complete an online application for financial approval, through our online retail tool Roadster.  He further gave specific instruction for us to submit it only to Mercedes-Benz financial services, to which we did.  We have a copy of both the front and back of his Drivers License, as well as multiple documented text messages that include both photos and videos from him personally (see examples attached).  The first application came in his personal name on July 15th, for which he was turned down.  He then submitted a second application on July 16th in his business name  (Paperkidd Productions & Publishing LLC) with himself as the guarantor.

I had my car in for service on Wednesday , January 19th. My key for my tires was in the glove compartment in a red bag. I had a flat today and when I went to get the key it was gone. I then called the dealership and they said to try a 17 mil lug bolt, of course that didnt work. The dealership then said to call roadside service and they didnt have a key either. I want my key back and my tire fixed. Do not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership, all they care about is $$$$ they dont care of the car runs or not after theyve sold it.

I tried reaching the client both by phone and also by responding to her ******** post. The client contends we did return her wheel lock key after performing service on her vehicle. However, the service we performed would not require removal of the wheels,  and in the event that we do need to remove the wheels, we have multiple master sets of wheel keys we use, rather than using a clients key. This prevents technicians from having to dig through a clients belongings to locate it, and also prevents the possibility of the key being misplaced.
