I purchased two articles of clothing online. When I received the items, they looked nothing like the photos posted. I emailed their customer support who AGREED that "After checking the website that you purchased on, we found that the descriptions are indeed misleading and the product cannot be sent again." They have admitted fault, but will not give me a full refund, only a 50% refund, and that is after arguing with them for over a week. They originally offered 20%, but when I stated I wanted a full refund they said I would "need to pay the shipping fee incurred by returning the goods, which will cost you a lot and the returning time may last for about one month." I find it unacceptable that they can sell merchandise that they agree is not what they listed yet I cannot get a refund?Customer response

They gave me a 50% refund which I think is not right. They admitted it was not something they would sell and pulled it from the website. I should be entitled to a full refund
