      I have had service with Insight Pest Solutions for the past 13 months without any issue.However, we are moving out of our property this month and have attempted to cancel our service with them. I have called their support number multiple times and every time I mention that I want to cancel my service the operator stops talking and will remain silent until either they or I hang up.In compliance with the *** I know that it is required that a business that provides a monthly billed or subscription service is required to make cancelling service as easy as signing up for it. There is no way to cancel it on their website, and seemingly no way to cancel it over the phone. Reading online reviews of the company, many other individuals have had the same issues with this company as well.The document I have included is a screenshot of their online form to request a callback. Which I have yet to receive.

      BBB, I need your assistance. June 2021 I entered into a year agreement with Insight Pest. Summary: Insight made promises of minimum bimonthly visits (except winter) which included inside treatments around bug entry points. They have visited twice and never entered the house. Treatments were ineffective. I stupidly secured agreement with a credit card. During the intervening months I would periodically receive paper bills demanding added payment - I assumed they were trying to extort extra payments as payment by credit card already made. This made me uneasy. In December 21 my credit card got hacked and was canceled. I notified Insight to send paper bills. I paid the first paper bill with check # ****, 12-6-21 which they held till 12-21-21. In the interim I received calls demanding I give them a credit card number - bullying, numerous threats, etc. I told them no. Given they had a check in hand I assume they again desired to extort a second payment. For the next month payment I sent the check registered mail and they cashed it no problem. I have received an electronic bill due the 4th Feb and sent to me on the 5th. I receive periodic bullying emails harassing me now. See attached. I have not received a paper bill as I instructed and they have sent in the past, I assume this is another attempt to extort a credit card # from me. No payment will be made till I receive a paper bill as instructed. I received a notice they were going to spray in early February. Only reason I can see spraying when there are no bugs (and they said they would not show up) is to case the house for B&E. I told them not to come, was basically told to shove it (ignored), and only till I told them I would call the police if they showed did they accede to my request for no service. I am willing to pay them through May as agreed, use paper bills as before and my agreement will NOT be renewed. The threats, extortion attempts, and bullying must stop. I consider them dangerous
