We used Red Beard Plumbing TO GET A DISCOUNT at first I did give them high marks. We felt the price for labor and materials was high. On a fixed income we try to manage our money. The reason for the good rating is to understand why the high marks. We questioned the price of a NEW 50-gallon water heater. With the circulator what we found out checking with ****************** and a couple of other plumbers. The price should have been around $2,200.00 we were billed $3,200.00 with a discount of good review total $3050.00 Plus the circulator was not working when they left. Red Beard WAS our go-to plumber. Now I question every repair they did. Do not get stung call around. We were burned. We used to recommend them NEVER AGAIN.Review from Marilyn B

Just want to give a shout out to Red Beard Plumbing. I had a water leak in the front yard. I called last night, they called me back within 10 minutes, and scheduled the appointment for ****am this morning. I received a text letting me know they were on their way and a picture of the technician working the job this morning. They came, fixed the broken pipe, cleaned up and left by ****pm. The large roots they had to cut and remove to get to the broken pipe was unreal. The customer service was exceptional and the price was very reasonable . Just want to let everyone know I found a great, trustworthy plumbing company!!! They are also a 24/7 plumbing company. Yay!!!Review from Peg B

These guys were friendly, price was great, they were knowledgeable, and did a great job. So happy to have found them. They will be back in a few days to do some more work.The lady who answers the phone was so respectful to my 93 year old motherI appreciate her for that. Fast Reliable and Friendly Service....We had Britt.....Got right to the problem....Had to remove a small portion of our kitchen wall....All done and cleaned up in less than 25 minutes.... Office Staff was wonderful too....Very Polite and responsive....Thank you Red Beard.... Definitely use you all again if we have any plumbing needs.....E ******

When you get a great plumber, you tell everyone. We're thrilled. From the first call to make an appointment, to the continuous email and text communication, the early arrival, and the repair work of Britt and Caleb, the experience was wonderful. We now have pictures of two new outdoor faucets to go in our "pleased as punch" baby book. Thanks for the great job. Spreading the word is the least we can do.

Amazing! From the moment I placed a call - they were very understanding; gave a time they could help, name of the plumber and were quick to respond. Highly recommend Red Beard Plumbing!
