I signed a contract with this company over one year ago to complete a pool build. Was given an estimated completion window of 4 months. Project along with repair of damaged property during build still not complete as of 6/1/2022. I have been patiently working with this company toward completion only to have both work and communication end after paying 95% of total project cost. It seems that the only motivation that this company had in completing any work was to reach certain benchmarks for payment (excavation, tile/coping, plaster). Automatic pool cover, pool sanitation system and property damage repairs still unfinished or not started at all. I have been given one empty promise and excuse after another. Currently I am simply seeking immediate satisfactory completion. The pool company will tell you that the delay is a result of vendor dropping the ball and "supply chain" issues. This isn't entirely true. The automatic pool cover shipping was delayed but Pristine has had it in their possession for 3 months. When they finally decided to install, they realized that there were "missing pieces". Something that they should have verified three months ago. Now another delay. The sanitation system install and property damage repairs could have been completed weeks if not months ago and they refuse to come out. I get a promise weekly that it will be "next week". The latest was a promise that someone would be out to complete on Saturday May 28th or Tuesday May 31st. Nobody showed up and nobody called. Not surprised. If I do not achieve immediate resolution, I will be looking to initiate arbitration. Any help that you can provide is appreciated. I have written communication and saved text messages supporting everything above if needed. Thank you!
