    On 7/29/2021 I rented a one bedroom apt from Dwb llc. On initial inquiry the apt rented for $900.00 once I agreed to move in went to $905.00. The security deposit was $400.00 with a $50.00 application fee, as well as first and last months rent which I wasnt aware of until I paid first months rent. In which landlord agreed I could pay out over 3 months.( it was a rushed process this wasnt initially mentioned or discussed).I am a very clean person thats keeps a tidy home. I was even asked by landlord if he could show my apt to potential tenants. My stove went down it took a month to repair because he said his repair man had Covid. Did not complain was understanding. Jun 11 th sent a picture of black mold. It too until July 13th for this issue to begin to get resolved. Black mold is deadly. The complications from it can be devastating. I was patient and understanding. I have all dates and photos. Upon my moving out I paid for apt to be cleaned. Move out was July 31st. I text him on July 31st about deposit and move out, no response. I texted again on 08/02/2022 asking about my deposit. His response Im not having this conversation, if you do get a refund it will be after I get invoices for patching, painting , cleaning. I have my photos of what I left and their are no patching to be done. I want my deposit for following reasons, over 30 days to fix black mold is unacceptable. Its irresponsible and the apt was left in the same condition I moved in. I deserve either my deposit or 905 months rent for mold. I have written proof and photos sent to dwb. Its very unprofessional to try and keep my deposit after the patience Ive had with all this.
