I purchased 5 windows from ******** windows on 4/28/2021. The total cost of the windows was $7980, I paid a deposit of $2980. The window were to be installed by the end of July 2021. My wife called *********************** on August 3, 2021 about the windows. He stated it would be anothe two to three weeks. ******* installer finally came with the windows on 9/20/2021. He installed two of the windows but stated the other three were the wrong size. The installer (*************************) stated they would have to reorder the windows and it would be the end of December 2021 before they would be able to finish installation. My wife texted ***** the first week of February 2022 to inquire about the other three windows. She did not receive a reply from him. She called the second week of February 2022 again requesting ******************* her. Still no response. On 2/17/2022 I went on ******** web site and left a message requesting that ***** contact me. Still no response. I would like to have ***** contact my wife and I so we could discuss the completion of the installation of the remaining three windows. I have read several complaints about ******'. and this seems to be a pretty common practice.Business response
