My appt. with Conserva was on 07-19/23 . I made it with a 2 week advance. Conserva called me on 7/18 asking to move the appt to Thursday 7/20. I shared that Wednesday AM I am off work. If the service was not done on 7/19 in the AM, I would have to postpone it for a whole week. I requested Conserva to accomodate me. My request was simple: a Service man to teach me how to operate the existing irrigation system.On 7/19 by midmorning the Service man arrived. He was unpleasant, even angry.We went to the Garage where the master for the sprinklers is. He activated it manually: "first is to see if it is working properly". OK. But he did not acknowledge my main concern: learn how to turn on/off the system, and in general how to operate it. I said "I want to take some notes" He continued to act in a rude way disregarding me and disrespeting my concerns. He started kicking or steping on some of the sprinklers. His rudness continue " here you have a 50 dollar change" "there too, and there too..etc . Yet the sprinklers he was steping on /kicking were working, not perfectly but were indeed delivering water. He made himself unavailable to any discussion. I felt threatened an opted to let him do. " I will send you an estimate". He continued ignoring my main concern. In the last 3 minutes he returned to the Garage and started manipulating the Sprinkler settings "how you do you want it". He did not bother to explain how to operate the settings which I was paying for . I told him to set it according to his recommendation. I paid $ **** for a ******************** of the system which I had not requested, and learned little or nothing on what I really needed. Conserva should retun half of the fee they charged.Conserva's customer service was quite below average. The rudness, disrepectful and thretening attitude of the Service man is unacceptable. In response to **************** message. A service call was scheduled for 7/19/23 and was asked if we could move it 1 day, as it is hard to determine how much time to allow appointments and our technicians were running a little behind. However, once he mentioned that he did not want it move, we were able to accommodate his request and the appointment was left as originally scheduled. He requested for a technician to come out and inspect his system to make sure it was running correctly and to check his controller which is exactly what ************** did. Our technicians do not make it a habit to be rude or short with our customers and 99% of the time, our customers have great reviews. I cannot respond to how ************ was treated since I was not there, however, if he would like, I can have the technician call him to discuss or even meet with him.
