              My first experience with the establishment was a facial service (which was interesting) weeks ago that made my face break out terribly. during that visit I was charged for an extraction that I did not receive.My second experience was a BAD hair cut where she cut off 3/4 inches more then I asked for and it was really uneven forcing me to return the next day to have the cut fixed by ****** who did a wonderful job! My third and last experience was a color today where I know I was over charged ($230 for a balayage color on SHORT hair since another of her employees cut all my hair off a week ago). I absolutely love ****** and the job he did in my hair however $230 is WAY over priced for what he did and is the most I have ever in my life paid to have my hair done... NEVER AGAIN!!!This is unfortunate as I would love to have ****** do my hair again however I will NOT continue to return to an establishment that consistently over charges for services!!
