            BBB unable to locate business
            On 9/14/21 I paid for a renewal of an annual treatment program that was to include seasonal applications of deep root in and trunk injections. I purchased it the year before and they did peform the seasonal treatments. This year however, they did one treatment on September 17 and another in February 2022 but I have not had any treatments since. I contacted them in May and they did text me back and say that they would be doing a treatment in the end of June. They did not and I started trying to contact them about the middle of July via, voicemails, texts and email and they have not responded. I paid $1296 on my credit card and have not received half of the treatments and no communication from the company. Apparently, they are stealing the rest of my money. I do not know how to get it back or get my treatments since they will not communicate. I have a paper showing the agreement made in 10/20 but there was a discount for paying it all up front. I have a credit card statement showing the renewal amount on 9/14/21 but they did not provide me with any receipt at that time since it was a renewal.

            ****** came out the day after I contacted him. He looked at EVERY tree in our yard (9 of them), not just the one that we were asking about. He was very knowledgeable about our problem. He was also very kind and patient when I asked questions. He was able to treat our tree after others told us it needed to come down and we are thankful that he saved our almost 50 year old tree. He treated another tree for a big infestation and told us it would need another treatment next spring. He only charged us for what he did and told us the remainder would be collected when they did that treatment. Very fair. Very kind. Very professional.
