      On 9/14/21 I paid for a renewal of an annual treatment program that was to include seasonal applications of deep root in and trunk injections. I purchased it the year before and they did peform the seasonal treatments. This year however, they did one treatment on September 17 and another in February 2022 but I have not had any treatments since. I contacted them in May and they did text me back and say that they would be doing a treatment in the end of June. They did not and I started trying to contact them about the middle of July via, voicemails, texts and email and they have not responded. I paid $1296 on my credit card and have not received half of the treatments and no communication from the company. Apparently, they are stealing the rest of my money. I do not know how to get it back or get my treatments since they will not communicate. I have a paper showing the agreement made in 10/20 but there was a discount for paying it all up front. I have a credit card statement showing the renewal amount on 9/14/21 but they did not provide me with any receipt at that time since it was a renewal.

      I purchased three trees from Arbor MD and on March 11, 2021 they were installed. One tree has since died and the other two were installed crooked and I requested one of those to be corrected along with them all to be treated for some sort of fungus. All three trees are guaranteed for two years. I have requested the redbud (tree in my front yard) be replaced since it is dead. I have also asked for a refund on the tree since it has not been replaced. The HOA President resides on my street and has asked that the tree be replaced multiple times. Ive emailed Arbor MD multiple times but the most Ive received is you may be reimbursed.

      On August 6, 2021, I paid Arbor MD for 5 total bag-worm treatments that were to be done 3 weeks apart, beginning on August 6, 2021. They did the first treatment that day, and returned for the 2nd treatment on August 27, 2021 and never returned. I attempted to contact the business on numerous occasions via ******** messaging, text, and phone calls. I was given multiple excuses with each attempt at resolution. I was always told that someone would be out shortly, or that I should expect a call back. I have screen shots of all of my correspondence with their business. The work was never done and I was never refunded the money. I have since learned of numerous other families that this owner has done the same thing to. It is shocking to me that Arbor MD is still in business. The owner is committing fraud and deceiving innocent people out of their hard earned money!

      On July 13, 2021, I paid Arbor MD $820 for "integrated Pest Treatments every 3-4 weeks for 5 treatments and I haven't heard from them since. I am retired and on a fixed income and, not sure, but this has the appearance of a fraudulent scam of an ******** senior. I have called and sent texts and had no reply. According to the Better Business Bureau site Arbor MD has an "F" rating due to multiple complaints similar to mine from people who paid in advance and never received their lawn treatments. I suppose a class action suit and trip before a judge in small claims court is next step...unless they have an ounce of integrity left and care to refund MY money!

      We have received a lot of spam from one individual who filed a dozen complaints with people we never did business with. They spam reviews us.

      Yes, I have a receipt from *************************, Owner of Arbor MD, dated 7/13/21, that lists the following services and charges:

      Restorative Systemic Treatment    $280      Completed

      Systemic Trunk Injection               $220      ******************************************************* every 3-4 weeks x 5         $880    *** NOT PERFORMED ***

      I also see on Arbor MD web site that they claim to be members of BBB, yet BBB denies membership and has assigned a BBB rating of "F"....Isn't this fraud, or at least false advertizing intended to mislead the public?

      I have in my possession an estimate prepared by *************************-owner Arbor MD dated 7/13/21 for the following:

      Restorative Systemic Treatment $280

      Systemic Trunk Injection $220 

      OR the above plus ************************** trees and yard "Every 3-4 weeks" x 5 for a total of $880.  Because I inquired about a Veteran/Military discount, **************** knocked off 10% and charged my credit card $792.  Unfortunately, we have not seen him since and the treatments every 3-4 weeks x 5 were never performed.  I have my credit card statement confirming a charge to Arbor MD ****** ** for $792 on July 13, 2021.  

      Additionally, the estimate also has a BBB Accredited Business logo which I always look for before doing business with any company, and apparently Arbor MD has no such accreditation.

      I feel I am owed $342 which represents the estimate for 5 additional treatments after the above $500 less 10% discount.

      Prepaid for quarterly tree service, fertilization and insect control, in early 2021. They have not been back for months. I have attempted to call the business number but no one answers and have left many text messages which are ignored. There are numerous poor reviews on social media...all with the same issue. They need to refund money paid for the fall 2021 service and spring 2022. Paid $1512.00

      Back in September 2020 I paid $440 for services to treat bag worms. Cost was actually $220 but they upsold me on 2 additional treatments for an additional $220. Problem is they never came back and were not answering when calling. I did start texting with owner and he blames an old employee for making promises on a refund. He then said he would refund my money, but after multiple efforts by me (that you will see in text message chain) he has yet to refund my money. I paid an extra $220 for extra services that were not provided. All Im asking is for my money back from that
