Date of transaction was 10-8-2021. $1,310 was sent via Venmo as payment for the service (At owners request). Purchased a refurbished supercharger for a 2002 Nissan Frontier with a aftermarket 2.4 pulley installed. This was ordered via a phone call Friday afternoon. This included a $300 core charge and shipping to and from my residence. At the time of payment, Ed stated they had a core ready, but would need to order the pulley. It has now been a year and after 45+ calls, multiple texts, and multiple emails no product has been shipped. Since payment they stated they had lost track of my order, and no longer had a core ready. Stated that I would need to ship my supercharger in. Reluctantly I did ship my core product in. This was sent and received on April 1st, 2022. They confirmed it was received over text. 6 months later there has been little contact and no update. I have been told multiple times the delay is from the owner being in a major car crash or catastrophic medical accident. I have spoken to both Ed the owner and Jeff, an apparent shop lead. Most recent contact with Ed he stated it will be delayed due to them moving shop and himself moving too. That was August 29th, over a month ago. There has no been no attempt to resolve in form of refund or shipment of purchased product. This matter can be happily resolved by shipping the purchased product. ** rebuilds superchargers. My supercharger locked up and needed a rebuild. Spoke with ** a few times and he said that he can rebuild the supercharger and has some of the parts.My supercharger is no longer manufactured and so choices were very limited.We agreed on the work and he drafted an invoice. I wire transferred $6180 for a rebuild of my supercharger and a spare to be built on 28April2021 from ****************** to ************** in Oklahoma. I then shipped him my supercharger via ****** ** was responsive for three weeks and then fell off the grid for over a month. I got a text 6/22/2021 stating that he had suffered a stroke and is in the hospital recovering. Then he went silent again.Only recent contact was when I called ** from another number because of poor cell reception and he was responsive and caught off guard when he figured out who I was. Called 30August, he answered announced myself and he hung up.** has lied and now will now respond or return my parts or money.
