I took my cat in on tuesday may 14th because she was acting very sick, when i brought my cat up there all the vet did was check her tempature, feel her abdomen looks at her ears and gums and proscribe her antibiotics for a preventative. Wednesday morning my cat throw up yellow foamy liquid and was gulping and breathing fast. I called and they told me to drop her off and they would do blood work. When the vet called me back 2 hours later he let me know that her body tempature was very low, he had a hard to getting any blood from her, that she had fluid on her lungs and thought maybe she had pneumonia and was panting. He stated her abdomen was defiantly causing her pain and that her enzyms were high and that could point to something with her kidney. When i asked if she needed to be put down he told me NO and that the antibiotics should hopefully help but if she isnt better in a couple days or goes down hill to contact him back and he would refer me to a kidney specialist. When i got to the vet to pick up my cat she was in distress, panting coughing and barely breathing i took her straight to a urgent vet clinic where within 10 minutes did vitals and a ultrasound on her heart and determined she was dying of heart failure. This is malpractice and negligence on 4v and the vet to let my cat suffer for more than 48 hours and DO NOTHING!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR BOTH OF MY VISITS. LOOK AT THE ****** REVIEWS THIS VET NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!

On the initial exam on 5-14-24 no obvious breathing or lung issues noted.  Owner state the cat had been lethargic so antibiotics were prescribed. If the cat worsens to return.

On 5-15-24 client called and she thought the cat was worse.  She stated several times she did not know if she could financially could afford treatments.  Client dropped cat off and was not present for blood draw or return visit.  ****************** called the client and stated the temperature was lower than yesterday and the lungs sounded like fluid in them which could be pneumonia. Also there was possible abdominal pain when palpated which could suggest kidney infection since cat had a previous UTI.  ****************** told the client cat did look and sound worse today and she did not object to blood draw like most healthy cats.  Blood draw was very quiet with no issues.  Bloodwork showed a slight elevation in the kidney values and 1 liver value but otherwise was within normal limits.  Owner asked if cat needed to be put down and doctor said not at this time but if worsens the possibly.  Owner was advised that a ultrasound and or radiograph of chest/abdomen would be advised because bloodwork could not determine what was wrong with the lungs. Which the owner was told this clinic could not do ultrasound or radiographs. Cat was not in distress at the time of exam or blood draw at 12:45pm.  The cat was picked up from us at 3:05 pm but was seen at urgent care clinic at 5:55pm for ultrasound and euthanasia.
