I pulled in at the location at 6922 North May Avenue tonight around 720pm October 23rd. The sign in the front said that they were open until 8pm. I paid for a car wash and after started vacuuming. Shortly after I started vacuuming an employee came by and turned the vacuum off and continued down shutting the other vacuums off as well. I asked what was going on and the employee expressed to me that that had closed. I looked at my clock and saw that it was 747pm. I gave the employee that information and he responded explaining the fall closing hours, which are 745 and the winter closing hours, which are 730pm. I told he should have notified me that they were closing instead of just turning the vacuum off as if I wasn't even there. He responded with, " yeah that would be a good idea." I began to give him a lesson on customer service and proceeded to asked for his manager because of his response. He stated that he was the manager while walking away. I asked him who his boss was. He responded ,"Me". I noticed there was another employee so I asked him the same question I asked the "manger" prior. He stated that he didn't know and that it was his first day. Then the manager ran over to us while I was trying to gather information from the other employee and jumped between us telling the employee not to talk to me and told me to "get the fuck off of HIS property before he calls the cops." I said ok and left. Will be filing a more formal complaint on that "MANAGER".
