The Magnolia, AR store is a joke! Workers don't do their jobs. Customers have to load their own feed and outside items. Prices on items are never right and manger will not give you the item for the price it says, unless your her family or friend. Most of the loaders are higher then a kite and you can smell it on them and it takes them forever to come out to unlock gate to load the stuff you paid for, plus their pants are about down to their knees and whole a** and back of legs are showing. ****** thinks everything is ok and blows it off.

False advertisement 12/16/22 I was in the ***********, ** store. They had a sale on Ammo. Buy 2 get 1 free (from December 16th-24th).I went back 12/19/22 after payday to buy some Ammo & the manager said they had stopped the sale. I feel this is considered false advertising. I also have a picture of the sale sign that was posted on the Ammo shelf.

I visit the store in *****, ********. The only big issue I have with this store is that every single time I go there they are blasting religious ( (specifically ***************** over their speakers.Not sure if that is allowedand a corporate policy or just something that this particular manager has decided he/she wants to do, but regardless, I find it makes me very uncomfortable. The reason for my discomfort stems from the fact that not every customer who shops there want to be bombarded by ANY religious dogma !! Especially if you happen to be Jewish, Muslim, Wiccan, Pagan, Atheist, Hindu, etc etc., it is not professional or a good business practice, and quite frankly it is offensive. I am further bothered by how short sided and narrow minded it is to ASSUME that every customer would be expected to "enjoy" being proselytized & brainwashed while picking up cattle products. It is just ridiculous to make that assumption.They should play something non religious at all their locations. I love the products offered at this store but Tractor Supply which is a short distance away will now get all my business. I spend on average ****** per visit and visit on average 4 times a month. I understand that $600.00 a month from one customer isn't probably a big deal to them. But if you count up how many other people feel the same way across the Country. it is a HUGE DEAL.

I put a rifle on lay-away and when I paid it of they were unable to find the rifle. The manager ***** was yelling at his female employees because they could not find the rifle. ***** is the one who sold me the rifle. ***** comes out and tells me I have to go up front ant get a refund. Then fill out paperwork and then pay off the lay-away again. When I told him no thats not how it works he told me to leave his store. I demanded a full refund before I leave his store. He was rude to me from the start, and treated his female employees very badly yelling at them and blaming them. Blaming them for his poor ability to do his job properly.
