      We were offered a roaches vehicle Because the first vehicle a Jeep was in and out of the shop for 4 times I was without a vehicle for 70 days still paying on the vehicle. They offer a replacement but didn't give us credit for anything that we had already paid towards the first vehicle. I had to start a brand new loan. Which messed up our credit? I went immediately got this new vehicle. The 2015 drain GMC train. We got a diagnosis of it. They try to tell me that's not the problem. So it's been in and out of the shop 3 more times And it was exactly what I said. It was in the beginning which is a timing chain which snapped and hit my mechanic in the face. I've had it in and out of there. Mechanic shop telling me that they fixed this and that and come to find out that they did not fix those things. And they're just trying to yank more money out of my pocket for the service warranty and try to use it all up, but not fixing the problems that have arisen from this vehicle.

      I bought a car from car mart one 12/13/2023 and they next day the heater quick working to it back up there and they said the thermostat was bad and they need a new one . well it took them for ever to get one for it and in the mean time it started over heating a lot called them about they said they will let shop know about when it goes in on the 1/3/2023 to get a new one put in . when i got it back from them later on that day and drove it home the fowling day after I noticed the motor was messed ************** out when you dive. so called them and took off work to take the truck up to them they said the truck never cut out. that it just needed a new head gasket . I ask them if it was ok to dive and they said yes it was. but it got worse so I took it back up to them and then they tell me it needed a new motor . so they order it and it has been in the shop now for 3 weeks and i just keep getting the run around on when it will be ready. they have cost me money from me not getting to work because they would not give loner or put me in another car.

      I have been without access to my vehicle, 2015 jeep patriot since June 20, 2023, Car Mart finally towed it on Aug. 9. 2023, I told them the engine went out completely in June, but their service manager *****, never returned my phone calls, and was said to be out of the office every time I went by, so after being ignored for over a month I demanded to speak with the ** from Car Mart of *******, ******, **, *****, ******. I have paid my car note up in till Aug, 25. I owe for September, I was told due to their fault of honoring my vehicles warranty in a timely manner, and getting the shop of their choice to finish the work on the engine and radiator, I could have until the end of September to pay the September's payment. I have been out so much money due to renting another vehicle during the long drawn out repair and flat out negligence of this company. They told me Friday September 22, at 4pm, Saturday September 23, to come get the vehicle, it was finally finished, and they would push back the payment, by ****** the ** for Car Mart. I was unable to get it before they closed/opened, due to work, I went in this this afternoon, September 25th, at 3:15pm and was turned away because now they are saying I am late on a payment. Not 30 days even, and not due to my negligence, but their own. I have had it with this company, and I want to purse a formal complaint. I want restitution for my time and expenses or out of the contract completely.

      I purchased my car 3/4/23 from ******************, OK. For the last 2 months i have been going back and forth with them about the title and it being registered in ***** and them not knowing how to handle it or what to do. I asked them several times what i needed to do. Once i did get the title 5/27/23, i was told to take it to my title registration office to get a VIN inspection and will then get the tags. They attached a check for $28.00 and i asked was there anything else that would need to be paid when i got there, i was advised no and if i had any issues, have the tax office call them. I get to the tax office 5/31 or 6/1 and at that time I'm told that i have to pay a little over $1300.00 to get my car registered. I call the car dealership and they then tell me they don't include tax title and license fee in with the total cost of the car and its separate. I advised I was never told this in all or any communication that i had with them over the last 2 months. I've called several times with no communication back. I've showed up in the office several times and keep being told don't worry about it. Nowhere on any documentation do i have from them that i would have to pay this separately. They are taking no responsibility for anything. I want them to pay it as i asked several times about any extra costs and was told there were none. Manager ******* not sure of last name and the lady who handles the titles are the ones who ive been speaking with.

      I bought the car from Lawton carmart in July of 2021. Never been late or even missed a payment. My car has been in the shop five times with no issues being resolved by carmart. In August of 2022, Nick, the manager of Lawton carmart said not to make a payment because they are trading me out of my car do to machanical issues and not safe to drive. In September 2022 still no trade in Nick said he will will trade me in on the third of September. I have a voicemail saying they couldn't and to come in that we'd to get me into a different vehicle , not to make payment, well that following wed still no luck or hearing from anyone. I have called everyday since then with no luck in getting answers. They want to report my vehicle for non payment and not a machanical repo like that said even though Nick told me not to make a payment. I've missed work and cancer apts due to the run around I am having with carmart in Lawton.

      We arrived to this car lot to look at cars on august 18, 2022. Was told to come back the next day and that we would be able to test drive a **** Escape we were showed the next day. When we came back the next day the car was not ready to look at so they cleaned it out and had the car cleaned. We test drove it and fell in love with it. Unfortunately during the process of filling out paperwork and even after test driving I pointed out that mileage and other things did not match the paperwork we were filling out. I got told oh dont worry its probably just the wrong tag on the key. We pay 600$ down and insure the vehicle. And while the associate is putting the drive out tag on the vehicle they realize the vin doesnt match (as *** pointed out multiple times through the day). I have not received any of my money back almost 24 hours later and am getting the run around on trying to get into a different vehicle because of most of the lot having ***** titles vs ******** titles. This is false advertisement, I am out money and am in dire need of a car. These people are refusing to cut me a check for my money. The insurance company will not even answer my messages or calls. The insurance company was also recommend by this car mart. I would love more than just a refund I would like to be reimbursed for the money I spent, but the waste of my time and money getting a ride to and from 30 minutes away to not get a car or my money back. All of this over a simple mistake that I tried to point out and was shrugged off about multiple times. I am out 760 dollars just for the car and insurance I put on a vehicle that is not even in the lot and that was in the shop and not able to purchase. I was told I would be cut a check to refund me and then told that I would have to wait 10 to 14 business days that is not acceptable. This is the money I saved to get a car not be out 750 with no car

      I first purchased a vehicle with Car mart on 5-6-2022. Due to malfunctions within the cars that were under warranty I have been traded into 3 different cars since 5-6-22. My current car began having issues on 7/7/22 and was running hot- a/c went out. I alerted Car Mart as soon as the issue began. The account manager came and took my car and looked at it and said it was fixed. They brought the car back and the issue had resurfaced same day. I alerted car mart again that evening. This time they told me they would pick my car up and have their on site mechanic take a look at it Saturday 7/9/22. The mechanic found that the hose to the coolant system had a hole causing a leak. I was told the hose was replaced, but that the coolant leaked on the air compressor and some wires which would all need to be ordered and replaced and done in a repair shop the following week. I expressed how this matter needed completed with urgency as it’s the middle of the summer and I have two young children, I am 6 months pregnant, and I travel for work. The account manager dropped my car off to me 7/9/222 at 5:34 pm and stated to me and my mother that there is a thing they at car mart can do when needed and get a customer a rental car. He told me that Monday 7/11/22 they would get a rental car for me and bring it to my job and trade me the rental for my car to put in shop. It’s been over a week and I’ve suffered heat exhausted in the car, and I’ve spoken not only to the car mart store but to corporate as well and no resolution has been made. My car has not been put in the shop and no rental car has been given. I’ve even assisted and found a rental company and still no response. Due to this issue being left unresolved I am unable to work due to the conditions of the car having gotten heat exhaustion already. I have all supporting documentation of which I will attach as well as recorded conversations and phone calls. Please help me get to a resolution. My health and job depend on it.
