In the last two months this bank has pulled my rent money before my social security and hit my back in the negative balance but the pictures I have shown you will prove that there is something going on what I don't know they have not been nice to help me figure it out I did get testy with one and lost my account with them and well I think they need to be looked at just to see because I had money in my account for the stuff coming out but not the rent but yet they pulled my rent two hrs before my social security came in and they don't care about people and I am tired of being pushed around I hope you can figure this out because this is outrageous and a load of **** that they are willing to do to me and I would bet I'm not the only person they are doing this to thanks for your timeBusiness response

The customer’s complaint was the order of pending transactions on his checking account. Transactions will be pending on the account as they present to the bank. He has an internal transfer to another account holder at this institution set up to debit his account on the 3rd of each month, which is the same day he receives his social security deposit. Since it was an internal transfer, it was pending on his account when our core processes internal transactions. ACH transactions are released between 6:00-7:00 am. His Social Security is an ACH transaction. His account was not overdrawn, instead he had a pending transaction. The transfer would remain pending until the funds were available to transfer, and would not allow his account to be overdrawn. When he called the bank, the customer service manager tried to explain how the process works. He refused to accept the way items process on his account. He became hostile, using inappropriate language when speaking to the customer service manager. He informed the employee he was on the way to the bank to speak with someone. He then called the bank and said that he needed to wait until he calmed down so he wouldn’t end up in jail. Because of his reaction the Bank exercised its right to discontinue the relationship. We sent a letter stating he had 30 days to close his account.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: they are pulling money out of my account before my check was even there two months in a row they where doing this. Three months before this I didn't have any problems at all then all of a sudden they are pulling money two hrs before my money is in my account they are not showing what my account account is in the hole for but why do you have the picture I can't do that without them doing something on there end? This is dumb they are making it to where I'm the one in the wrong but it's them not me. I have my old card that has never showed up until this month and has been inactive for someone doing things that I didnt approve of but they are going to make it to where its my fault not them so at this point they need to be investigated for this ****.
