I contacted him 1st of October. October 13th he came by for a draw on the bill. So he could order parts. I was getting a new shower and two new stools installed. He then tells me it's back ordered. Danny says he fractured his back and was going to a specialist in Tulsa. But the next day he was doing a Tik-Tok video dancing and went out with the girlfriend to eat. I have tried to call he will not return a call I have texted numerous times, he will not answer thectexts. I would like my money back. I gave him $3,000 in cash. I have the paperwork that he wrote up the day that I gave it to him. I would like my money back. I could not find an appropriate area that said I wanted my money back from the business. I have also contacted legal aid because I don't know where to go. Small claims court?
