    I called Branchs ************* Conditioning company on 3/25/2022 to get a quote to have my outside air condenser hooked up to my Air Handler.A woman named ***** answered the phone and was just incredibly rude. So, I stated that I would find another Company that was More professional and hung up. She called me back, I forwarded the call because I was on the other line with another HVAC Company. She left me a very hateful Voicemail (I still have it) yelling at me. I called back, told her who I was and that she had left me a very hateful voicemail and she proceeded to continue yelling and talking over me. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she made it clear that she was the owner! **************** and phone Etiquette are critical in businesses. How you speak to Customers shows the Character of the Company. Calling a potential Customer back and leaving them a Voicemail yelling at them, just because they said they would find a more professional company, is incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NEVER use nor recommend this Company.

    First of all I had to ask ***** questions about what was going on that she was needing her Condenser hooked up to an air handler. Many questions to be asked before we can even begin to give any kind of quote over the phone. I was not yelling at this women at all. I asked her what she had going on that it needed to be hooded up. She very hatefully said I HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU! I then went wow and she hatefully said I will just find a more professional company and just hung up on me. I then thought about it a minute and called her back and explained to her that on her voice mail that I have to ask questions to be able to give her any kind of a quote cause I have to know what is we need to be doing. (example) has the unit been disconnected for some reason, is it a used one that they have gotten they need hooked up, if so need to make sure it will be compatible with what she has for the indoors units. There are a lot of things I need to know. I Told her on her voice mail that is why I had to ask the questions that if she still needs a bid she is can call back. When she called me back I never got to get a word in yes by the time she talked over me for about 3 minutes and wouldn't even listen to one thing I had to say I was getting upset with her rudeness. She ask me for my supervisor and I told her I am the supervisor. We own this company. If you are going to call a company and ask for a bid to hook up a condenser to an air handler you better be ready to answer the questions they are going to be asking you. NOT GET RUDE AND SAY "I JUST TOLD YOU THAT" To be able to do our job professionally and give her the best job we can we have to know these things. Calling a company and getting rude to them for asking questions so that they can better serve you isn't the best way to get started with any company.
