They sent me a shirt instead of the sweatshirt I ordered. I definitely did not spend that kind of money on a shirt. Looks they are scamming/pawning off old inventory. I don't even see the shirt they sent as an option to buy anymoreReview from Brooke A

Do not purchase anything from Gameday Couture/Shop the Soho! I placed an order on February 17, 2024. Their shipping policy and the confirmation email state that their lead time is 4-10 days. I emailed them on March 5, 2024 to ask for an order update, to which they never replied. I then sent them a message on Instagram on March 7, 2024. They replied quickly on Instagram and claimed they had emailed me multiple times. They asked if they could call me instead, but I wanted to keep all communication in writing. I provided an alternate email address, then they sent an email to the original email address (proving they lied about the other emails they sent). They claimed, We had an issue with this item not processing on our warehouse system and we have fixed the issue. My order was then placed again, and they sent me a $20 store credit but did not expedite the new order. I received multiple generic emails that all said my order was being worked on, but I still had not received my order after 2+ weeks. I checked my order status on their website and noticed that they had changed my order date from March 14, 2024 to March 22, 2024 without notifying me. I reached out to them again on March 30, 2024. Again, they claimed that they had tried to email me about the issue. I know they are lying about this because I check my spam folder, receive other emails from the company, and receive the emails they send me after I message them on Instagram. On March 30, they said the item I ordered cannot go through the system to be produced. They did refund me, but the item that allegedly cant be produced is still being sold on their website and their partners websites.Gameday Couture LLC Response

Hello
The item the customer ordered was stuck in processing and did not go thru the warehouse system. The warehouse thought this was resolved but it was stuck. We then manually processed the order and we refunded the customer and the new order is in production. As soon as I have the tracking information I will contact customer.

I place an order in December of 2023 (after receiving a sweater that was a size smaller than I ordered). I had ordered the sweater for my mom and I liked it so much that I kept it for myself and reordered a size M for my mom. I got a confirmation email that it shipped but the shipping carrier never received the item and I have yet to receive my package. I have emailed the company 3 times with no response. They had problem taking my money out of my account and not giving me my order.Gameday Couture LLC Response

Stay away from this company! I received a shipping confirmation two days after I placed the order. 13 days later, the UPS tracking still says that they are awaiting the package. I sent two messages regarding the issue (there was no phone number to contact anyone). When I finally heard back they just told me to file a claims with UPS. This should NOT be my problem! They took my money and the product never even made it to UPS. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.Gameday Couture LLC Response

We received an email for the item we returned to this company that they had received the item on 12/08/23 and it stated we would receive an email when the refund process was completed. We are still waiting for the refund and I cant seem to find a phone number to call to request an update. The shirt was a small and when I tried it on it was more like an XXX large. Not to sound ungrateful because I got the sweatshirt as a gift but the quality was of the product is just absolute trash. I looked up the company immediately after I got it and was shocked to see it was legitimate and not something like wish or temu, where they make poor products overseas and ship you straight lackluster products. I could have went to Walmart, bought iron-on decals for $10-$15 (including the price of the sweatshirt), and still made a better quality product than this knockoff looking $44 garbage they’re trying to pass off as “couture”. This company is a joke, maybe I can sell it at a game for cheap, seeing as someone would believe I made it in my garage anyway, I just need to get rid of it; the level of absolute mid is too depressing to be around.Review from Sue W

Worst experience I’ve had. Ordered and had to chase down updates. No phone number to communicate with customer service. After several emails got 1 response back saying they lost my order. When I asked for an overnight or refund they have not responded. Had to report to my credit card. Saddened by the lack of consideration and poor communication.Gameday Couture LLC Response
