I have been so PLEASED with customer care!! I'm remodeling and needed a specific color to match the room scheme. I was so disapointed when I saw that the Sea Bounty bedskirt and adorable Ocean tentacles pillow had too much green. ( I wish an "aqua" version of each was available..) Understandable that sometimes online photos do not show the true color. **************** namely, *****, made the return process simple and hassle free. Love this company. The customer service is outstanding. I love all their products as they are beautiful and of high quality. I shop online and buy from them frequently. I have purchased several items from Bella Coastal. The quality is always great and shipping is very timely. **************** is superb as on my recent order an item was damaged in shipping. (Upsetting as i kept going back and forth on the purchase and when I finally decided to 'go for it', the item was damaged beyond repair.)emailed Bella Coastal on Friday afternoon and had a resolve by Monday morning. Great customer service. (which is hard to find these days)I will definitely keep purchasing from you!Bella Coastal Decor Response
