On May 2nd 2022, I did a final walk thru of apartment F2 with property manager Kenzi and her Supervisor ******* from "corporate". ******* stated that the apartment was is excellent shape and that I would be receiving my full deposits totaling $800. I signed the paper work and noted an address for which the check would be mailed. ******* stated it would be mailed within 2 weeks. Now 6 weeks later the property manager will not return my calls. I even went to the office and she refuses to open the door. I had an individual call and ask for corporate's number and was given a bogus number of ************. I occupied apartment F2 from June 2020 to May 2nd 2022. I had previously rented apartment D2 from July 2019 to May 4th 2020 when a fire broke out and destroyed the apartment building. It took them one month to get F2 ready but it was not clean. I had to clean the apartment before I could move in. I left the place cleaner than when I received it. It was rented out within 2 weeks of my departure. I had completed my lease agreement and had given proper 30 day notice.
