They stink totally I paid for two year renewal they gave me one year they actually had the audacity I just applied for renewal August the 2024 and they're going to give me a license that expires in 2025 I paid for 2 years I want fool with these people again second time I've had issues with these guys they're ****

I've done 3 renewals with them. The first 2 were wonderful. I don't know what happened but for the 3rd they took my money, did NOT renew my card, and refused to answer any of my multiple emails or ******** messages. I ended up having to do my renewal myself and they have still not refunded me the $50 I paid them for full service.

I would like to give them zero stars. Jiffy Doctor provided no service for mg money they stole. Jiffy Doctor is a BIG scam. They didnt provide a Doctor referral for which I paid for. They charged my credit card with in 24 hours! Then NOTHING!!!! They offered empty answers and promises in messanger, stating they were on it. LIES! After constant back and forth conversations I received a Dr. referral that was not registered with the State. I began this process in Feb, as to renew my license before expiration. Expiration date of March 18. Nothing but lies!!!! My license expired. I obtain a valid/legal Dr. referral. With another charge to my credit card.Do not use Jiffy Doctor! They are not legit. BIG SCAM tell everyone!!!!!!

This place is pathetic, they take your money and never fullfill thier obligation.

Set up on the 15th to get recommendation. I email them on the 17th asking for a refund if they wont service me after i have already paid. (And they don't set appointment times!) They respond back with "you will be called before 7pm and we don't give refunds" On the 17th. Never called. I sent another email after 7 and was told "our internet was down we will call before 5 on the 18th. I emailed again after 5pm on the 18th after no call and was told " we call till 8pm" I finally received a call from the doctor and was told I would receive my recommendation to my email and they would assist with omma process. Its now the 28th and nothing,no recommendation. I have sent an email demanding an explanation with no response. My window for renewal is closing and I need closure from this shady outfit soon. DO NOT USE JIFFYDOCTOR!

This doctor's office takes NO PHONE CALLS!! This place is very tricky with what they say in writing on their websie- BEWARE, I agree with **********************.This place does not follow through with what they say they will do!!!! Similar thing happened to me, I paid the $50 but never received a call. The appointment thing is a hoax, it's TRUE, you don't know that there really aren't appointments until after you pay and you don't know that they are closed Saturday/Sunday until after you pay, but wait....their website says 24/7! WHAT??? Since I never got a call, after 24 hours, I reached out on messanger (only way to contact, remember, no phones are answered). They messaged back that they were closed Saturday/Sunday, I was livid!! I responded back that they'd already debited my account and I haven't received any services. So they sent an email that said the doctor's referral was attached, but the referral was not attached. That sounded fishy anyway because I hadn't even talked to the doctor. How can I get a doctor's referral without at least talking to the doctor! That has to be ILLEGAL. I've tried to message them again, but now messenger says, 'couldn't send,' and I've tried multiple times. At this point I am also disputing the charge with my bank because I never received the service. I agrree with ********************..I may not win but word of mouth is huge. I will make sure everyone knows this place doesn't follow through with what they say they will and seems to be more of a hoax than not!! And, I would leave ZERO STARS if I could, but have to select a rating.

This place does not follow through with what they say they will do. I paid the $50 and received 1 call (no appointments can be made which you don't know that until after you pay) which I missed due to being st work. They left a message stating they would call back within ***** hours. They did not call back. I called them twice with no luck and finally reached out to them through ******** and email. I got a response on ******** claiming they've called me twice but I can get a call today before 5. At this point I just wanted a refund and proof they called the 2nd time. They claim they can't access call records past 7 days but after going back and forth a few times they magically provided a call log. The calls they made were out of order making me believe they edited the picture. After arguing with me on ******** (such a professional "family owned business" I told them they won't get another response out of me. I am disputing with my bank and I may not win but word of mouth is huge. I will make sure everyone knows this place doesn't follow through with what they say they will.
