I went and purchased a truck from this dealership got approved for the loan add a 3% interest rate after the first 30 days I kept going to my bank to make a payment and they kept telling me they had no information or loan out on this truck so I contacted the dealership they told me that they did not have the title yet to not worry about making a payment until they get the title another two weeks or so goes by they finally contact me and say they got the title in but now my bank has denied the loan because of an accidental remark that was put on my credit report. The mark was removed but they never give me my points back and drop my credit 160 points the dealership wanted me to apply for another loan at a higher interest-rate and run my credit again I told them to honor the contract and that it was a mistake on my credit. They could not honor the contract they said so I told them that I wanted my money back and they can have the truck back the truck was in the shop at this time getting shocks and front in work done. Which was $1900 and I had paid $400 for tint and $300 for shocks the owner asked me to pay half of the $1900. I agreed for some reason I thought it was fair. When they picked up the truck from the shop that it was at they said that it had a bunch of lights on on the dash I have no idea why because there was none on when I took it there but when I I asked for my $2000 that I had put down back they refused to give it to me. So I am out the $2000 plus half of the money that I had to put into the truck I’ve contacted the owner several times he will he will not return my calls or answer me
