I have had them for a couple of years, before that it was ************* Telephone. It takes far too long to get service when you have a problem. They are trying to cover too much area with too few technicians. I think I got a service ticket online through Hillary ******** but that was never confirmed. I went down to their service office, and it was closed, and they moved it to Elgin. Too far to drive. I called their number, and they have no record of my **************** ticket that I requested online. I was told that they are two different systems, and one doesn't know what the other is doing. What a dysfunctional, unorganized mess! So now I might have two service tickets. Seeing how I submitted the request for service on Saturday I should have been near the top of the queue. But I have no idea. It is Monday and I am still waiting. I am pretty sure that the person online didn't submit my request. I could clearly tell that they didn't want to be there and that I was bothering them. If it wasn't submitted, I went from the top of the service queue to down towards the bottom of the queue. A horrible way to run a business and once again, I am livid. The last time I had a problem I was given the run arounds, for a couple of days, so I went down to their main office and demanded to talk to a manager. I was very, very livid and speaking VERY LOUD. Not many options out here but they kind of ****.
