We have had a constant disruption in service for months now. They keep telling us that it's an ongoing issues but they're not attempting to fix it. They are closing trouble tickets without following up with customers and they're not even sending technicians out to our houses anymore. We pay $120 a month for this internet to not work and I'm over it. I've spoken to supervisors and office personel multiple times and nothing ever seems to get done.Business response

In the past year I have been having issues with their services just about everyday the Internet goes down, I call Tech support and they keep telling me that someone will get back to me within 1 business days. They continue to say that the towers are down this is an ongoing situation and issues not just for me but for several others in my area as well. I am paying for the service, but not getting any satisfaction from them as far as getting them to repair, replacement, or support. I have been dealing with Hilliary Communications for about two years now my service is always in and out I was told that I would be able to work from home using their services and I have been fired twice now because they are unreliable. My biggest problem is that I called and called and no one ever tells me anything. When I finally get a call back two years later I was told that they are unable to fix the problem and that they dont know when my service will be cut back on. They have not offered to issue me a refund and have made no promises to credit my account. I live in a rural area and do not have a-lot of internet service options. How am I expected to feed my family if I am unable to work.Initial Complaint

Hello,I recently found out that this company installed internet at a property I own as an investment property without my consent as the property owner. As this is a brick property I do not want holes drilled through the brick as part of the install process. They, also, left live cables above ground running across the entire yard of the duplex. For reference, ******* Communications had installed internet in Unit B, but they left cables above ground running across the yard of Unit A.I contacted ******* using the contact us button on their website telling them that should there be any damage to my property fo this unauthorized installation I will hold ******* accountable. They responded very quickly to the contact us message asking for the address of the property.About an hour to an hour and a half after the email I received a phone call and the caller ID said it was *******. A female voice on the other line stated they were calling about my complaint and immediately started verbally attacking me regarding my statements that the internet was installed without my permision and that they are liable for damages. The conversation quickly, went downhill from there. I was verbally assaulted, dismissed, screamed at, spoken over, called names, and many many more. There was an amicable solution to this as I have had fiber installed at other residences and I have worked closely with the company to ensure that the install does not create maintenance issues moving forward. I did demand that all Hillary ********* be removed by 5pm and per the phone call I received from ***** they did send out a technician to do so. I have not verified that this is the case.I am reaching out via BBB in hopes that an executive or an owner will contact me so, we can find a solution to this very serious issue and an update to their policies moving forward.Initial Complaint

The internet service ******* are 24/7 disconnecting me from my wifi there was one day I had no internet for about a week these people are literally shutting as down without any notice I was working from home and now my internet is not working they cant send out ? A simple call or text but this has became more frequent within the past month these people need to either shut down or fix my problem for good theres no reason we are going without wifi and when I call to figure it out I get consistent attitudes from the representatives because there service are so trash I cant hear them this is the only choice of internet from the ************* and Im tired of arguing with these people maybe this report will have them fixing the internet & for good !! Im tired of this nonsense !! And losing money because I cant work from home this is starting to be unbearable to live with I have kids that uses the wifi for schooling and entertainment !! I think this internet ******* will be the reason Im leaving *****
