It started July 24th when someone came out to see why the ** was out. They said the handler needed replaced and did that July 26th for $6200. No air getting to living room after being replaced, asked them to scope, ducts had collapsed, said needed to be moved to attic, said we had to sign their estimate, it was a contract, so we were stuck with them. Then moved ** to attic which cost $12,170. The issue is that ** is still not working properly, called out an additional 8 times since, now have stopped taking our calls. We even got the number of the owner from the original guy that we called out and the owner was no help to us. We called the City for help because we also paid for their inspection . They said they have talked with All tech and told them to call us which has not happened. Called original guy to come out and look at it - he sold his company to All tech Heat and air. Original guy said that they had installed it wrong and fixed some of it for us. Because of comments made by workers from All tech and original guy, we had another company come take a look and they said that it is wired wrong and the walk ways would not pass inspection. The invoice number for moving it to the attic is #********. We do not have any invoice from the handler because they did not give us a receipt. We have asked for itemized receipts on both accounts and still have not received them.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
We met with Alltech on Thursday 26th October and was guaranteed that an electrician would be out that afternoon or Friday morning to resolve any issues.  Since then, we have had no further communication, only more empty promises.  The operations manager claimed he never knew we had an issues, however, we have been in contact with him for the past 4 weeks trying to get this resolved.  Only since the intervention of the BBB and the ******************** has he attempted to acknowledge our complaint.  I feel that after 9 additional call outs and no advancement towards a resolution, reimbursement and separation from this company would help remedy the 3 months of pain and suffering.  We would like Alltech to release the permit somehow, so we can move forward with a different company to get this resolved.

      Sincerely,

      ***************************

After meeting with **************, and her other supportive personnel; we agree that we committed to have the system thoroughly inspected by the ********************, as required.  We further agreed with ************** that if the ******************** required an electrician for their inspection, or if an electrician was needed to facilitate the finalization of the installation that we would provide one.  Subsequently, on Monday, Oct 30, 2023, the ********************, inspected the installation, determined that an electrical permit was not needed or required, and that the mechanical installation was installed to code in all facets and approved the inspection.  This effectively closes the permit that was open, and there is no more work to be performed.  All of the deficiencies that were alleged in the previous complaint were unfounded according to the code officials, and the work is closed.  As to any performance issues related to the system, which is reported to be one room not having balanced airflow; we stand ready to make adjustments as we discussed on Thursday.  We will make those adjustments at no additional cost within a reasonable manner and at the scheduling convenience of ***************  Being that there are no gross deficiencies as alleged, and that the system was in fact installed properly and within the code guidelines; we do not expect to offer any type of refund.  We are willing to make some considerations towards future service and complete some balancing work as described above at no charge.

While performing a scheduled bi-yearly inspection and cleaning on my ********************* system a capacitor was found to be out of tolerance. No one saw this but the tech. I am the owner of the property and was not present at the time of inspection. I was called and told by the tech about the part and it would need to be replaced at my discounted rate of $147.20 instead of over $180 off contract.I found out today that the capacitor he replaced while the scheduled service cost only $2.04. This markup is fraud and needs to be reported and corrected. My yearly contract with All-Tech Air cost $240.00/annually consist of 2 yearly inspections and cleanings of the heat and air system so labor to the system was already paid, and he even " inspected" the part so he had direct access to the part to replace so no extra maintenance fee would of applied. This is outright price gouging and price manipulation.

I purchased 2 AC units for my home on 5/21/2021 with a 10 year warranty. Yesterday my up stairs ceiling began leaking water. I called AllTec to fix the leak they came and fixed the leak. As the repairmen were leaving Brian told me in 2 weeks when everything was dry Alltec would fix the water damage to my home. Yesterday afternoon I called AllTec and asked them to send my something in writing stating what they were going to repair. I was given the run around. Today 8/9/2022 Brian from AllTec called me and said they would not fix the damages. Brian said the owners of the company did not believe that the AC units all parts that I purchased from AllTec were responsable for the water damage. Keep in mind AllTec fixed the issue yesterday. I have the agreement from an AllTec representative dated 5/21/2021 the date of service stating that AllTec replaced ALL AC units and parts. It also states that a inspection was preformed.I a recording of the AllTec Brian stating that I was to call in 2 weeks when eveyrthing drys to see what can be done. Now today AllTec will not do anything in 2 weeks

I had this company for 5 months this last summer and they were guessing diagnosis all along. Always something new every time they decided to continue charging American Home Shied. it took from May to October to complete a service call. At that time, I already suffered all summer. As soon as the Heat was needed ; I thought it wasn't working properly since they always say...its an old unit is working the best it can. I came from a vacation to find my house at 54 degrees. Called AHS again and specified not wanting ALL TECH ever in my house . It eventually was discovered that not only they charged me all summer with questionable reasons (I never got diagnosis sent to me), but their "fix" was to change an Outdoor Unit from an R-22heat pump to a R410A AC condenser. I gave plenty of money to this people in the summer to just create another issue that I didn't have before they touched my unit. Why should they keep the money that I paid them if they clearly created another issue? AHS eventually replaced the Unit after a loooong fight where I refused to have the same incompetent company come back to my house. I must have called AHS over 50 times since May and expressed my dissatisfaction with ALL TECH. I live in a small town and know other customers that went through same ordeal of paying out of pocket expenses. The issue is resolved thanks to a decent company that within 3minutes realized what went wrong. The contractor's Liaison got involved and is aware of things that went wrong with ALL TECH performance but this doesn't refund me money wasted , time and frustration of spending all summer without AC . We all know how Oklahoma's ******* are. AHS replaced entire Unit, that's why I have paid almost 5 yrs of insurance; therefore it is not a favor they are doing and since they will always side with contractors instead of customer; I will cancel their policy as well. Attached is just a summary of some of my interaction with ALL TECH and AHS. I still have more.
