I purchased a F150 Lightning from Billingsley Ford of Lawton, while the purchasing experience was amazing the follow-up is slim to none. I worked with ****** who was my sales person and spoke with **** the ** of the dealership. They were quick to collect funds but slow to respond when issues arise from the delivery. Below are the issues I faced and I am happy to adjust my review after this has been addressed. I will also be filing a complaint with ******** DMV for false misrepresentation of mileage as well as damage of the vehicle at delivery which were confirmed to exist pre-delivery.1. The odometer statement that was fully executed was misrepresented to me. I purchased a vehicle with 13 miles and received it with 168 miles with the vehicle being in use for 5 hours. While typically this is not a problem, and I would be okay with it had it been disclosed upfront. Some may say, well maybe they did not know this was existing; it was reflected on the internal system that there are existing miles and just never disclosed.2. There is a deep scratch beyond the paint on the passenger side bed which I have sent in repair estimates from a bodyshop to which the dealership has gone silent 3. Vehicle has open recall work from October which could have been easily taken care of, again that shows up within the system but never bothered to take care of it and sold it. Now I have to put the car into service and take time out of my day to bring the car to service and pay for a rental for the duration 4. Vehicle did not arrive with front plates. Out state is a two plate state and I have the plates that I can not put on the vehicle because it would be a violation of state traffic laws to only have one.
