      Contract for roof repair was complete in July. Roofing company provided invoices for repairs no workmanship issues. Conflict is in reference to providing my home insurance company with a certification of completion. This was advised Aug. 5 2022 by USAA. I phoned All Pro Aug 19th 2022 after sending final payment for all repairs and K.R. admin advised that they would send the CoC to the insurance company within the hour as she was currently out of office - I called USAA by close of business Aug 19th 2022 to check if they had received the certs from All-Pro and they had not. USAA is waiting for the Certification of Completion so that the remainder of my claim can be remitted to reimburse my repair costs. After 5 five (5) emails requesting certs and roughly three (3) phone calls confirming these requests for the CoC to be provided to USAA - the roofing company has yet to provide the certification that my insurance company requested in writing August 5 2022.Initial request made by USAA and myself for the certification of completion to All Pro arrived August 5, 2022. We are now going on week four of no response, no action from All Pro, to provide requested certification.

      I am sorry these documents were sent to USAA as per your request. I also resent them today to you and USAA  I was out of the office several week very sick.  I apologize about the wait.  Please call USAA to make sure they received them today?  Text or email me if they did or did not.  I will also stay on top of this for you .  ******
