I went to bullet bedliner in ****** ******** and got all setup with ****** to get a bedliner sprayed in and also added the side rails to my order for added protection. The check in process was seamless and easy, ****** was very polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable about his products. I left the truck there and was promised the truck by close of business day. I was called around **** later that day and was told the truck was finished and ready for pickup. I arrived at bullet bedliner shortly after to receive my truck. After I paid $595.00 and was given necessary paperwork I got in my truck and left, when I got home I noticed that there was damage to the clear coat of my truck beneath the areas in which the bedliner was applied, the damage was all along the bottom of the straight edge of the applied bedliner. The clear coat damage appeared to be in uniform straight lines on the passenger and driver side. I am a bit frustrated with this and curious on what happened and why the technician didn't feel the need to protect my paint and or do a final quality check of the project. I just cannot believe how this was able to happen. I have contacted ****** numerous times to rectify the situation, when I made first contact with ****** after the installation of the bedliner, he admitted in his own words that he did not inform me if possible damages that could incur with spraying protective coatings on the bed rail in which at that point I would of declined having that done. At this point ****** is blatantly ignoring my requests and not taking responsibility for what happened. I have put in multiple calls and text messages to ****** (owner of bullet bedliner ******) and I have not heard back. Lack of communication and failure to help in any way is unacceptable. This makes me regret paying almost $600 dollar's of my hard earned money to be pushed to the side and with no support.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in 21 March to be touched up where damage occurred.
