We went into the buisness and paid $180 to fix a screen on my sons phone. We have not heard back from him. We have called multiple times, left messages, sent text messages, went to his website on Facebook left messages and went to the buisness. We cant get any response from him. Can you ease help us retrieve the money.Business response

We been trying to get with Patrick Brook of EZ Ranch Software to get our program working this year we sent a number of emails and my wife has called numerous time we have paid yearly for almost 5 years and this year program has issues and every time we have an appointment with Patrick to get online to get it fixed we either get nothing resolved or he misses the appointment. I have a back log of data entry for most of this 2021 year that needs to get done and this is hindering our operations! I feel this company has hung us out to dry! We pay for our soft ware access every year and this is the first time we have had this much problems. We call the number if he don't answer the mail box is full... We would like some sort of compensation for our yearly renewal as most of this year the software has not been accessible for our data entry but MORE THEN ANYTHING... like to get it up and working so we can get this entry done before years end...
