I got home which I love 20 minutes out side of town and found 2 hairs in it. I took a bite felt that string nasty feeling, I pulled it out looked at it. And pulled 2 hairs about 4 to 6 inches out. You know how gross that is unsanitary. And I got the pretzel pizza that day too, was my fault on that one don’t try things you don’t know about. It was so salty it’s like filing your mouth full with the sal shaker. But again I should eat have ordered. What gets me is to get the cheese pizza thin crust and bite into it two big hairs in it! I got it about 9:20pm and drove the minutes home. Well after discovering the hair in my pizza I tried to call at no answer it was 20 till 10pm still open would not answer. Next day I tried to call no answer I tried to go through drive through keep it confidential about my hair experience. So I went in told the lady working on a low voice you have to have the receipt I said ok it’s at home I’ll get it. Well I bright it back the next time to I believe was the manager he said what?? Like I was at fault . Then went on to say it has to be the same day do the order, well I tried to make a call that night , they didn’t answer the phone. The next day don’t answer the phone. Well all I know if you find a hair in your food as many times as I been in there before you should make another and honor that. It’s not about the money, I’m not a free loader. It’s about being sanitary that is disgusting un sanitary, they should always have a good and make it right. Now if I went in every two weeks and did that now that’s different! The time before that I got home it wasn’t fully Cooked put in the oven was alright. But this is like making me out to be a freeloader no I just want people to be clean while serving food. The manger had a fool beard that fine keep it covered no hair net. I would not have carded but it was to late to go in and just their attitudes about the whole thing wasn’t good!
