On August 1st my car was towed due to not paying them back, I was in a car accident and in a coma for awhile(4 months) while in the coma they discovered a cancerous tumor, and I honestly forgot, and they were understanding. And told me to pay $1200 and then then I came up to the store on the 8th day(had 10 days to pay) they said the person was new and quoted me the wrong price and raised it to $1754. Still didnt care came up with the extra $500 overnight and came back up. I then paid the whole amount requested. And was told I had to wait 48 hours back to get my car back, even though they handed me a lien release, I still dont have possession of my car l, and was told I cant get My personal belongings out of the car, which one of them is my ID to go to my chemotherapy appointment, so thus far I havent been able to go to my appointments because they wont at least release my belongings. I asked for my stuff to be released on august 8th and I was told they would call me back in 30 minutes, fast forward its the 9th and I had to ask for my stuff again. And they told me they are waiting on my email. But they were able to give me a lean release. The point is Im missing chemotherapy appointments because they wont even let me grab my ID.
