THIS *** LOT IS A ****** SELLER. THEY WILL SELL YOU A *** THAT DOSENT RUN, I HAD MY *** THREE DAYS BEFOR IT STOP WORKING. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THEM ABOUT IT I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE ***** E TEAM WHICH I SPOKE TO AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT *** NOT RUNNIG, AND THAT THEY DONT OWN THE ***** HOWEVER, IM STUCK PAYING FOR PAYING THE *** AND ITS HASNT RAN IN TWO WEEKS. I WOULDNT RECOMENED ANY TO SHOP HERE!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! YOU HAVE TO RATE THEM IS THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A STAR! WORST COMPAY IN OKLAHOMA

They sold us a 2017 ******************* that is red, the main mechanic ****** lied to our faces and said every car is inspected and ready for sale, and that they check ********************* and run codes b3fore putting it on the lot to sell. They sold me a lemon. The very next morning 4 different codes pop up, check engine light, car has no power and I called the office 5 times which I have on file and recorded, I was told to talk to ****** and all sales are final. I couldn't get a hold of anyone much less the dude I needed to talk to so on the 3rd day in the morning right after they opened I came in the office to only get the cold shoulder and the sales ***************** acted like he had never seen me before and had no clue as to who I am or the car he sold me. He turned into a total basket case in 72 hours or less. Then the guy who I am not sure his name was cracking jokes and told my husband and I quote " Don't *** us, bring it back when it breaks down" I mean seriously tho??? All we wanted was to trade for another car of equal value, possibly even put more money down for something else as well. But yet again we are getting the cold shoulder, it's crazy how rude the women are in the office and how quick they are to dismiss you totally like you are invisible, the owner/in charge or boss "***" has yet to reach out or be reached, this is not ok that he is selling cars in these conditions to people who obviously need a cheaper working car. This business is garbage. I want the wrongs righted. They also said I could give the car back but not get any of my money back or credited. They are thieves taking advantage of lower income people because simply, they can. Where is the protection for the customers? Where do we get the wrongs righted???? Money isn't easy to come by and it's getting harder now a days. There is no way a real, good, legit mechanic cleared this car to go out and be sold on the lot. My husband is a 35 year career Diesel and Auto mechanic and a Marine, we need justice!!!

I got a car from them Ive put 1000$ cash for the down payment for and I have had problems with it since the 2nd day I got it I called them the Monday after my car started to mess up and they told me theyre mechanic would call me. Which from my knowledge I never got a call or a missed voicemail I called back the following week and got the same run around coming to the this week which I refuse to pay because I havent got my full service from my car because it constantly stops on me every day it will stop while Im driving which I have stated and this is very dangerous and I have a 1 year old son who I am also putting in danger Ive had to spend money on Lyfts to and from work because I cant use the transportation Im paying for

only gave one star because i had to do this review. i had a car with them previously and had minimal issues, so i felt i would go to them again. well, a day after i got my car it was acting p and not wanting to stay on, since it was a Friday automotive repair was out until Monday. so that following Monday i took the car to them they said they would fix it with no charge. went to pick the car up a few days later only to get home and it cont to do the something i took it in for. then i had to drive it all the way back to the lot, they claimed to have fixed the car so i picked it up when it was finished. a few weeks later engine light comes on and says it the c converter. called up there to the car lot they told me to come get a solution to put in gas tank to clear out c converter. well, that worked for the ride home. had this car since 08/21/2022 and to this day nothing is working right i have taken it to my personal mechanic and he has fixed on it twice resulting in me paying **** in car repairs and the place still expects a car payment. i refuse to pay for this car anymore i am currently looking for a lawyer to either get it off my credit or return all my money spent this car has never worked properly since i obtained the car.

** UPDATE 08-02-2022 The collectors called my workplace this morning to verify my employment/hours, THEY ARE GOING TO START GARNISHING MY CHECKS to get the 10,000+!! I had the vehicle for 27 days! Put 300 into it with parts, down payment 1500, 250 payment. My credit was right over 700 before, now low/mid 500s... . I have taken such a hit, and will be paying one way or another for the vehicle that I had for 27 days. Completely Sickening.** How can a business get away with this so frequently?! How can this be stopped or brought to light?! They took absolutely no losses with me, got the vehicle back in better shape that it left in. No tow, no searching for it. It was a terrible deal that I couldnt make better so i took it back. I cant explain how hard that was for me to do.... I accidentally left a 100 bill in the vehicle, Josephine called to let me know that she had found it, I asked her if she wouldn't mind mailing it to me because I willingly Repossessed my car and have no way to make it to the dealership, she said yes and hung up. SHE NEVER MAILED IT TO ME. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST(the worst of the worst), MOST TERRIBLE FINANCIAL MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE. ???? It's possible that not all the vehicles are lemons. But the fact that you can't buy out right and HAVE to finance says a lot. One of my MANY lessons learned from this terrible experience. If you're seriously considering Patriot as a place to finance a vehicle, all i can say is :::::: do your research, take a mechanic, know the vehicle and its pros/cons/worth. Take your time! Research the business. Don't be a fool and have to learn the worst, most hardest way, as I have.

Have had a vehicle for 6 months already had a motor swap done, less than 48 hours later Im on the side of the road!! I ask them to tow my vehicle back to the lot and it took them the whole business day to get my vehicle towed from sooner mall in norman!!! I called at the end of the day because I was told Id receive a call before they left for the day on what else is wrong, NOPE NOT A SINGLE CALL. The lady on the commercial for this sh*t show answered the phone Im not dealing with this right now Im not on the clock. I dont care if you are or not you shouldnt have answered the phone if your not being paid!! Then she just hung up on my face and told me I can call back in the morning Im beyond ******!! This was the worst mistake ever by getting a car here.
