On January 9th 2023 my mortgage company *************** fraudulently wired funds to Armstrong bank into a business account that should have been closed, which my name was on. In December 2022 I contacted the bank about a insurance check that was fraudulently deposit by *************************** and that was when I found out that the account was still open and at that time had requested it to be closed. I also at that time filled out the paperwork for the fraudulent deposit and mailed it to the department of treasury. One month later, funds were wired to the bank from my mortgage company to the same account that I had requested to be closed because of fraud, and I immediately notified the bank, and filled out paperwork to have the funds transferred out and as an account holder that was my right to do so. However, my rights were denied when Armstrong banks decided to send the funds to my ex-husband despite me providing a court order, despite providing a divorce decree and despite asking them to wait just 2 days until the court hearing. As an account holder I was asking them to hold my funds to safeguard them until the judge could tell them what to do with them, even though they were already ignoring a judge already telling them what to do with them with the court order and the decree I provided. As I previously told the bank these were my operating funds for my new business and I made them aware of that., I provided ******** documentation two days later with the judge ordered the funds to be turned over and as of today, that still hasn't happened as a result I am now in foreclosure because of their negligence, and have lost money instead of making money, and I'm about to now lose my house and business all because of the bank's negligence. This was all avoidable and it's something that should've been taken care of when they were notified of the fraudulent deposit in December and the request for the account to be closed. I am respectfully asking to settle this before I file any or lawsuits and before I lose my house and business and my damages more than double.Initial Complaint

I refinanced my vehicle with Vast Bank(Armstrong) on 9-27-21. Since I refinanced, there are 2 liens on my car from multiple banks, past (***** ****** and present(Armstrong). I have contacted the Armstrong bank representative about this issue and she refuses to fix it. Also, stopped e-mailing me back. Yesterday, (XX-XX-XX) I received a check in the mail for the payoff that was supposed to go to the previous bank ****** ******* stating that Armstrong didnt put the correct payee on the check. So, now I have 2 loans with different banks for the same vehicle and the Armstrong representative (Stephanie ***** wont return an e-mail. Stephanie **** is the representative that I have been dealing with. I also have my mortgage through Armstrong(Vast). I have also made attempts to go to the Armstrong bank location and noone in a managerial position was there to address this issue.
