Worst location to deal with.15th and Harvard.Tracy ***** is so argumentative. They have the 10 day period before your charged a late fee and my payment is due on the 25th of each month.i told her I would be in on May 6th which I'm aware that is after the 10days and there would be a late fee she felt she need to tell me it's not a garce period and that I need to make my payment going forward in the month that it's due however the late fee isn't accessed until after 10days from the due date which if my payment isn't due until the 25th that would 10days would put me into the next month.she is always rude unless she is trying to get you to re finance.she needs a reality check.once my loan is paid off I will NEVER do business at that location ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.if I could go to another location I absolutely would.She is terrible.ive seen other people's review on her are negative as well.just because I got a loan from your company and you're a manager does not give you the right to treat people like ****.
