Using the sister office of Miracle Ear in Jenks (owned by the offices in Okmulgee). I purchased a pair if hearing aids in August of 2021. I returned them in September of 2021. I was forced to make two payments due to lack of initiative on the part of the employees to reimburse my insurance company and my finance company. I was told it would cost me $0.00 if I was not satisfied with my hearing aids and brought them back within 30 days. I brought them back - paid care credit twice and as if July 5, 2022 - 11 months later. My insurance company has not been reimbursed so I still cannot hear. A copy of a check supposedly sent to BCBS was mailed to me, but the check has not been received a month later.
