My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from James Hodge Toyota of Muskogee, ** in April, 2024. We have since found out we were charged for services that we were told at the time of the purchase were provided to us FREE. When we called James Hodge Toyota finance, we were told the services we were told were free at the time of our purchase were indeed not FREE! We asked for a breakdown of the extra $3,859 that was added to the purchase of the car, but the finance person didn't send us a breakdown. He did send us a copy of the cash price along with the extended warranty we purchased and the standard documentation fee. But there is no breakdown on the itemized sheet for the $3,859. The finance person did tell us what was supposedly included in the $3,859 which were services we would never have agreed to pay if we had known they weren't free. We want to go on record to let others know who might be looking at purchasing a used vehicle from James Hodge Toyota to be sure and get everything in writing and itemized as to what will be included in the total purchase price. If they offer FREE services on a used vehicle, get it in writing! All we have is the Hodge Protection Plan that we signed for, which we were told what it included again all services FREE. At this point we are feeling buyer's remorse, but on the same hand, we were lied to or mislead by the salespeople at James Hodge Toyota and want to warn others. If there is anything BBB can do to help us with this complaint it would be most appreciated. Thank you!Initial Complaint

I bought a truck from this dealership in September of 2021, I purchased an extended warranty for the truck. I never received the warranty paperwork and was unable to use my warranty for repairs needed for my truck, I asked them to send me the paperwork for months and they kept saying they were going to but never did. So I called and told them I wanted to cancel my warranty and get a refund for it since I was never able to use it at all, they sent me paperwork to sign to cancel it and told me it was submitted and could take up to 6 weeks to reflect the balance change in my loan through chase bank, it's been 9 weeks and there is no change and Chase said there is no pending deposit from them. I reached out to the dealership to send me an update to which they ignored.Business response
