I purchased hair extensions from Julie March 8th. She canceled on me 9 times. The first time I tried to pick the hair uo from her that I purchased she refused to let me have it. The next day after canceling on me again, she gave me the hair. The hair was not in any sort of packaging. The stylist that I went to that day to install them said they were very cheap quality and not worth what I paid for them. I asked julie about it and she refused to provide me with a receipt or proof of purchase. After this, she made me to belive the stylist I went to did not install my extensions properly so I went to julie to have her fix them. She did not fix them, she actually made them look worse. I reached out to her with these concerns but she refused to take accountability. After two weeks I messaged her to let her know that the extensions were falling out and casting discomfort. She still did not take accountability. I had them removed by someone else and I had extensive damage to my hair. I lost alot of hair, have a very red and irritated scalp in areas and patches of missing hair. She is now refusing to give me her insurance information.
