I ordered a custom off-road trailer from AA Offroad on February 22, 2023 for a price of $7,500, and then on February 23, 2023, I paid a deposit of $4,500 to begin the work. The invoice and receipt of payment are provided in attached documents Feb 22, 2023 I received a quote for the trailer build and in the note AA Offroad provided an unsolicited delivery timeframe as Spring Season. Even generously using the last day of Spring. the trailer has not been delivered and is 6 months past their provided delivery date (correspondence attached)Between April 11, 2023 November 2, 2023 I received updates after repeated requests (attached) that seem to suggest progress, and convince me that AA Offroad has the know-how to build this trailer, but the delivery dates keep getting missed and further delayed.Summary: A down payment was received by AA OffRoad on February 23. One day after AA Offroad estimated a Spring delivery date. During this process I received limited evidence (i.e. photos) that the trailer build is actually taking place. I have been given so many positive (optimistic) delivery dates none of which have been met that at this point I have no idea were we are in the process, or if the trailer will ever be delivered.As a next step I wanted to bring this issue to the attention of the Better Business Bureau for assistance. Depending on the outcome, I also plan to reach out to *************************** to seek assistance if the non-delivery of goods after payment meets the standard of a crime. Lastly I plan to consult with my attorney to seek civil action against AA Offroad Remedy: If AA Offroad is unable to provide the trailer in a reasonable timeframe, which I would proposed by end of year 2023, then I am seeking a refund of the deposit.Business response

To whom it may concern.
We are working with the customer to provide the ordered trailer. We have been in communication throughout the year and had several set backs due to health, materials, and third party vendors. This being a ***************** built unit, we had to rely on some third party vendors that we do not use on a regular basis, and had several issues with the products provided to us not meeting our quality standards.
We are on track to ship out the product before the end of the calendar year, and are providing proof of existence and progress prior to shipment.
