I also want to say where do I start!!! I was looking to install some new windows and decided to go with this company and now I wish I would of looked at the reviews. Seems like I am not the only one who got screwed. First they send out people to install who dont know how, customer is great when they trying to get you to buy but after its the worse. When you request for them to come back out to fix the issue they want you to take what you get and say there is nothing wrong with the work. ****** for 12 windows and I have to take what they give me because there is nothing wrong the frames and caulking all messed up and thats with them coming out twice and being cleaning is BS! In their brochures say the job never done until your 100 satisfied Thats is also BS! I asked the salesman who came out for the second time to check the work would your owner or manager like this work in their home and he was lost for words! I didnt sign the paper work final installment inspection report because the work is poor! Of no course no call back or follow up! Of course they got their money and they are done I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE I am shame of my windows! I am stuck with them as well. I have a lifetime warranty and requested for a tech to come out and they are denying me service! They stole from and forage my signature on documents to release funds

****************, we are sorry that you feel this way. There were two crews that came out to install your windows and your doors two different times. We also had a crew come out on 3/19/23 to rewrap all your windows with PVC coil. You signed the completion service and dated it 3/19/23. If there was an issue with the caulking, that would have been taken care of at that time. We have also not heard about any issues with the caulking until now. There has been no phone calls, emails, texts stating you are unhappy with the caulking. As far as us forging your signature on the completion forms, I emailed you the signed completion and the signed service form, showing you they were the same signature, you also confirmed that was your signature. We have also stated to you that if you have any questions regarding your loan, you need to contact the loan company.
