I have been using these people for years for insurance purposes. I was in need of representation and after about a month of back and forth they finally had someone. They referred me to a specific person (usually I pay them directly and they would represent me, this time is different). I had gotten a speeding ticket earlier this year so this was why I needed their assistance. The 60 dollars a month I pay is to get a lawyer. I eventually spoke to the lawyer and they were game planning with me and gave me options for trial so I took that option. It was 1400 I paid the attorney via money order to them, to which they instructed that I do not put their name in the order (this will be one of many issues regarding them) but they had not been communicative and I still have not been trial. During my conversation I did ask the guy if they paid him before and the lawyer said they have been paid before (10%). I called tvc and asked about that aspect but they never had an answer, saying they would get back to me. I tried to talk to this company about it and they asked for 195 which I thought was for moving it along, but that closes the case. Here is where the kicker comes in: finding out today (8/2/2024) I did some research on the lawyer in question and they have a huge amount of arrests, and unscrupulous actions. There were already red flags like paying out of my pocket, and finding this out has made it clear to me: they knew this about him and did not tell me anything! I trusted TVC and they burnt me badly. *********************** (the lawyer) has a history and from what I understand further action being made on him. In all of this I still don&#**;t have representation. The lawyer has not responded to me or tvc, I have been ripped off and feel very misled by the company. The case was closed out by misleading me, and I had every intention of fighting it. They called me again back, asked them if they heard back from him, and they have not.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:1st of all tvc didn't pay for the attorney which they have paid this particular attorney in the past 2nd they referred my to an attorney that has all kind of legal problems interms of the bar association which they should have known *********************** ****** him 3rd the attorney didn't do what I paid him to do which was go to trial 4th very poor communication if any at all I informed tvc they basically did nothing but be deceptive and mendacious 5th basically I feel like I was duped and ripped off by this attorney and tvc with no remorse on there behalf shameful!!! And ridiculous plz help me bbb thx I'm out of total approximately $2100 and along with shame and mental anguish that comes along with being again duped/ripped off settlement requests to be made whole

On May 7, 2024, I contacted TVC Pro Driver to assist me with a citation. I was told the attorney fee to handle my case was $300 and $45 monthly for my membership fee. I sent an email with the ticket attached #***** explaining my case per TVC Pro instructions. TVC Pro forwarded my information to the attorney's office ************ in *********** on May 15, 2024. The attorney never contacted me and entered me into a plea I did not ask for. TVC contacted me on June 12, after 2 pm stating the attorney entered a No contest on my behalf and that I would need to pay a $750 diversion fee. My court date was May 30, ******************************************** regarding my case. As a result of not being informed about the diversion on time, I now have to answer a bench warrant for my arrest and get off the road to handle this matter which will affect my CDL. I spoke with ******* in the cancellation **** on June 14 at 12:20 pm and she assured me that she would escalate my case to her supervisor to receive a full refund for the services and the attorney fee since the attorney did not follow their policy on contacting the client before going to court. I have yet to be refunded and have left several messages for ******* or her supervisor to rectify the situation. As of today, June 24, 2024, I still have not heard from TVC Pro or the ****************** Please assist.Business Response

Im have a membership of TVC Pro-Driver. I had not been using their fuel card or any service for 6 months because I had quit the trucking business 6 months ago. Today, on June 4, when I tried to call their customer support number which is **************, it was impossible to get through any representative. It was more than one hour wait and still no response, I had to hang up. Did it twice. Third time I used the option to call back from the customer support. They called me back after two hours. I told them all my information, which they ask in the beginning, and when I told them that I wanted to cancel my membership they said they would transfer me to cancellation department. After the representative pressed the button, I was immediately transferred to a voice mail where I was asked to leave a message and someone would call me back in 48 hours! What a scam! They wont let me cancel the membership which is a fraud. I seek help from BBB to help me cancel my membership with TVC PRO DRIVER.Business Response

Ive been a member with Tvc over 8 years on and off. They have handled many of my cases. My wife received a CDL ticket and they told us they wont handle this ticket because my wife dont have a membership. Tvc advised us that we only need 1 membership because my wife was including on my plan. So I called them and they are saying that they only will cover her ticket only if it in a personal vehicle and not a CMV. If we had known this we would not have canceled her membership because she has a cdl as well as me. We both need the coverage of have a cdl and not just a regular driver license policy. I would really appreciate if you guys could handle her cdl ticket because they advised us that we only needed one membership. If they had explained to us that it will only cover personal license we would have kept her own separate membershipBusiness Response

Paid $300 for enrollment in the program and $50 each month. After they kept postponing my case for 6 months in hopes that the officer wouldn't show up, I got absolutely no results, making me pay the full amounts of two tickets for $400 and $450. I ended up paying $650 to them when I could have avoided it by paying the tickets directly and saving $650.Business Response

Legal Malpractice. TVC sent me an Attorney name ***********************, that I never heard from. I sent my citation to TVC the day I received the ticket. Fast forward day of first appearance, no attorney present (failure to appear). Called the court and had to extend my court date personally. TVC charged me $299 for the attorney plus monthly fees of $58. I advised TVC the day after failure to appear, that I no longer wanted their services, as I hired a new attorney. They then had someone to schedule me a court date, after I attempted to cancel twice. They told me about a review. I spoke with Mrs ******* she told me Id receive $160. I am rejecting this response because:
The attorney didnt write the court on my original court date. Then when I advised the customer representative, I no longer wanted representation.They scheduled another court date without my consent. Then charged me for it. I dont recommend this company to anyone, unless you want warrants & higher insurance premiums. I tried to give them a chance, hate I didnt read the reviews first.
I wont be using this company again, and I need my money returned asap!

I have been a member of tvc prodriver since may of 22 when I received a citation for improper lane usage. I said $300 for "discounted service" with discounted results. My case appeared in court 11/6/22, which was continued, because I refused to accept the plea deal. On 12/8/22 I was notified by the attorney that he was seeking a continuance. However, on 12/13/22 a bench warrant was issued for me for failure to appear, since the hired attorney didn't appear on my behalf. When I emailed the attorney tvc prodriver hired for my case, I got no response. I have been on the phone regularly with tvc prodriver since december regarding this situation, with only 1 resolution, I can pay another $300 for them to go to count on my behalf. I will not pay another $300 for them to do the job they failed to do the 1st time I paid them. Tvc prodriver is a joke. Save the $50 a month you pay to them and hire your own attorney. That is my only ticket to that date handled through tvc, but the headache and stress of the situation is not worth it! I'm still waiting for a manager's manager to call me back and have been waiting since december with the 1st bench warrant. I've had a since.Business Response

Im a CDL holder. 12/12/23 I paid for representation for a speeding ticket in Ca. It was on short notice, Court date 12/18/23 A **************** TVC said no problem. I paid the $99.00 to join/reinstate to TVC. And $485.00 for their lawyer to appeal in court. Also to agreed to pay ***** monthly membership. 12/13/23 I sent all my court documentation and completed all their paperwork also. I double checked two days before court date that every thing was completed. By via email/ text and verbally by TVC I was told that the lawyer would be their. TVC gave me the lawyers name and phone number so I could follow up after the court date if I chose.TVC did not contact me after the court date, so I contacted TVC 12/20/23. I was told that they do not contact me until 15 days pass and they do not contact the lawyer? Ridiculous I know? What's the point in TVC legal service? I contacted the lawyer requested that he contacted me. I contacted the court, the clerk who I had spoken to a couple of times told me the attorney did not show on my behalf. She indicated that no one showed up for court so the judge ruled against me. The TVC lawyer returned my call, he was waffling so I told him that I was aware he did not show up in court. I ask him was it to short of notice? The lawyer said that they had 10 cases in that court room on that day. TVC failed to send the payment and there was no info about the case with the request. When his office received my court case, TVC sent it as an (Arraignment) not **************** The attorney said that if TVC is willing he could still help but it would cost $550.00 to do the paperwork to take care of it. I contacted the sales guy twice who set me up with TVC. He told me that TVC stand by their customers and would pay for the lawyers to take care of this reimburse me for the penalties etc.. Well No MGT, till this day has Contacted me from TVC to resolve this ******. I contacted tvc, only to be told it needs reviewing and that my concern was forwarded to their legal ***** Apologies for the inconvenience etc.I spoke with one clerk ******** a number of times over the two months, she work evenings only but said she could only refer the information. Every time I called TVC, I was told it has to get reviewed. And was given the same song and dance.Once this *************************** called me back 01/23/24 to ask me what the courts penalty fee I paid, I told her $485.00 I emailed the proof over to her and TVC customer service *****. Never heard anything back from TVC. I contacted TVC again requested A top MGT in legal depart. call me back. Nothing no call back still to this day. I'm putting in request to stop charging me $39.99 monthly membership today. I was hopeful that is the reason I waited.I just want to be clear, this is a gross and negligent representation on TVC part. I want TVC to cancel this account. I want ALL my money back I paid TVC and to the court. I did not receive the lawyer representation TVC promised. TVC owes me ($99.00), & All my monthly fees ($*****) to date. And the Lawyer fee they charged me ($399.00) and court penalty fee I had to pay ($485.00).I am also requesting that TVC make this right, That TVC honor its agreement, TVC made good on its reputation and pay the additional $550 to lawyer that TVC supposedly hired. Im a CDL holder. I paid for representation for a speeding ticket in Ga. I was told via email/ text and verbally by both tvc and the attorney that the ticket was amended and not to be reported. And to pay the fine. In which I did. However, come to find out when I started to look for a job and was getting denied. I called the dmv and this ticket was on my license. I then called the Georgia courts (*************************) and was told not only did the attorney ************************* not show on my behalf. There was no attorney at all on my case and nothing put in,no discussion or anything. So then I take this info to tvc, only to be told it needs reviewing and they are trying to get in contact with the courts and attorney. I spoke with the clerk of Georgia court, ***************** and tvc have not tried contacting her at all. Just lie after. Every time I call tvc, I get told it has to get reviewed or they are trying to contact the attorney. Well I have spoken to the attorney in a matter of hours and he is waiting to hear from tvc. I have called numerous of times since I found out about this over a week ago. And have gotten told son many different lies. In the meantime Im falling behind on bills and not able obtain decent employment because of this ticket. I have uploaded receipts of money paid out to tvc, Georgia courts for the ticket and what was sent to me from tvcBusiness Response

TVC hires licensed attorneys to handle the citation in the court of original jurisdiction in which the citation was received. The attorney will negotiate to get the point amended or dismissed in the court of the ticketing states. How the points transfer are up to the licensing state in which the members are licensed. The member is to reach out to the local DMV to determine how the points have transferred to their record. Amended and dismissals are not a guarantee. TVC is reimbursing the member their fine amount of $141.50.Customer Answer

He and TVC LIED about the outcome of my case.ATP I want my fee I paid for representation and for the ticket, because I was not represented by an attorney on this matter. And it is not right for TVC to keep my money for a service that was not provided and have not tried to rectify. I now have to pay out more money and time to try and get this reversed and do the job TVC was suppose to do
