I purchased tires and rims from Texas Tire. The technician noticed that I was having other car issues and he offered to repair the problems. I paid for my tires in cash upfront in the amount of ******. I was told that I would have to make payments on my rims. I have been making payments, which I have records of. I am still being charged for the tires and rims which I purchased in August. I contacted Texas Tire Corporate and explained that I was being charged twice. They directed me to speak with the Manger of the Norman store. I allowed the technician to work on the issues he said my car was having. My check engine light was still on but he assured me that it wasn't an issue. Within a month I had to bring the car back because of multiple issues. The technician asked me to bring the car back in October but he did not have the parts. Every time I took the car in he had an excuse as to why he could not work on it. He assured me he was able to fix the problem or else I would have taken it somewhere else. In November I left my car with him and paid cash in total of ******. He never completed the repairs. The manager refused to help. I had to rent a car and borrow from friends to continue working. I finally had to pay to get my towed to another mechanic who resolved the issue.Initial Complaint

Got towed to this shop due to blowout.Picked up four new toyo tires. Leased thru AFF. Store employees had me under assumption that I was financing them, and if I paid in full within 6 months I would not pay any interest. Days later I find out that its a lease agreement, and if its not paid off within 6 months I will pay a leasing fee of $4000. $4000 on top of the $2300 I paid for the service originally.Also once I left the shop, I got 82 miles down the road (an hour and 15 minutes later) then had another blow out. On one of my brand new tires. Called the shop back and they would not help at all. Told me that my truck was causing the issue and that all I could do was pay out of pocket for another tow and another new tire. Told me there is no type of warranty on new tires and that defects in craftsmanship and workmanship dont happen. Had the blowout investigated at a Discount Tire location, cause was determined to be low air pressure because of a bad valve stem that Texas Tires should have replaced.Texas Tires is the only tire shop I have ever heard of that does not automatically replace valve stems with purchase and mounting of new tires. Bought a new tire and new valve stem and got home safely no issues since.Now days later Texas tires corporate says they arent going to reimburse me at all for any of the expenses!And on top of that I found out that my AFF application was falsified just to get me approved!
