  We paid them four different checks The first check was given to them on May 20, 2022 in the amount of $1475.00 The second check was given to them on June 3, 2022 in the amount of $491.00 The third check was given to them on June 3, 2022 in the amount of $1966.00 The fourth check was given to them on June 30, 2022.The job was never finished and they left rock all over our yard and we are still trying to get it cleaned up.We have called them several times and all they are giving us is excuses and that they will get over and finish the job.

  It took over a year for them to half way do their job. We still have rocks on grass and the sidewalk was not done properly

  First, let me start off by saying, we did take longer than we should have completing this work.  Their job started in the rainy season, we can not control the weather, we can not lay concrete on wet ground.  So, because it was taking longer than usual, we stamped and stained their sidewalk and patio for free.  The value of stamped/stained concrete in their case would have been $4,800.00.  There is nothing wrong with their sidewalk.  They have elevation issues in their yard, so the height of the sidewalk needs to match the height of their patio and slope to meet the other concrete.  As far as the rocks are concerned, it is impossible to get every little piece of gravel up.  The gravel settles in the dirt and overtime with weather and erosion will come to the surface.  It did take some time to get it sealed.  You cannot use sealer when it is too cold, to hot or any chance of rain.  Every time they were scheduled for the sealer, it would be one of those cases.  So with that being said, they got pushed to the next available date.  We have since then got it sealed.  This issue is resolved as far as I am concerned.

  I am rejecting this response because the company never once tried to come out in the spring and they did not come out until we threatened them with the better business bureau. In fact we understand that they paid for stamping and staining for free, we also understand that you cannot pour concrete stamp course or anything else in the rain but when they laid the concrete, it was perfect weather, but the problem is is getting them to late it took them 3 to 4 weeks to lay the concrete in between numerous days, they couldve laid it, but they chose not to know its first time it took them entire year to stain it, and they only stained it after we complained about the Better Business Bureau I in fact will never use or recommend this company to anybody that I deal with
