Used them to inspect a house we put a contract on to review foundation issues. They found 1 minor crack in brick. After buying the house, we discovered they missed the other 7 cracks on the outside and our house ultimately needed 50k of pier work. Boy did they miss it! I'd give them a 0 star if I could.

We had Level Up Foundation come to level our house in a certain area. They quoted 25 piers and new beams. They only installed 18 piers and placed some of them on the bad wood instead of replacing the bad wood as quoted. All they did was shift the load of the house to another area. The house is cracking in several places. We called several times to have them come back to fix it and do it right but they would not come back unless we signed a document starting that we agreed with the work that had been done. We told the workers the day that they said they were finished that it was not right. We hired an engineer to come look at the work and he agreed that the work was not done correctly according to the quote. We called several times for the Owner JW to call us but no call as of this review. We just want the job that we paid for done right. Too bad businesses do this to hard working people that trust them to do what is right.

I contacted Level Up for an estimate for foundation repair outside and in our crawl space at my home. The communication between the office and myself was very slow throughout the entire process. I reached out in August, they came for the estimate in early September. Then after calling multiple times, leaving voicemails, sending emails for follow up, I got my estimate over 3 weeks later. Then I had additional follow up questions about the estimate and again a series of back and forth that took to December, when I came to the realization that Level Up was not the best fit. They wasted our time and delayed our house repairs significantly. I received only one estimate with one total price with marks on the grid for repairs to be made inside and out. Piers are piers both inside and out, so it's easy for a customer to assume full piers means all piers marked. I was never told there would be a second estimate or additional costs coming or in addition to the estimate I received. However, when I asked a few questions about the estimate it came out that the actual cost was $2,000 more. When asked if they could honor the estimated price given, instead of what felt like bait and switch, I was met with unprofessionalism. ************************* who answers the phone was really rude and made me feel like it was due to my own ignorance that I didn't know to expect a higher estimate and ask for a second estimate. This was a case of just poor math/poor bidding and an error on their end that they have yet to acknowledge was their fault. It's very unfortunate this is the outcome. I am extremely disappointed. This is not a company that stands by their word or estimates. So much for believing the owner, *************************** words in the *** Real Producers spotlight last September, quoting "Personally, at the end of the day, it's not about the money. We love being a part of the community. We love helping folks out...It's always been about customer service. I just want to keep doing the right thing on a day-to-day basis." He's not standing true to his word on admitting that this was handled poorly and not made right to the customer. And at the end of the day, it is all about the money to Level Up. When I addressed this issue with him directly I was met with accusations that I only wanted something for free. I expressed I had full payment in hand and wanted to negotiate to make the price fair to both of us. He again accused me of being ignorant and selfish. To this day, I never received a written or digital estimate with the full price quoted. I only want to work with honorable businesses. This review is warranted so others can avoid the headache and delay this has caused us. ***** also threatened me with a slander lawsuit if he read any negative reviews about his business following my experience. So are you saying that you bully all customers to leave good reviews under false pretenses because they believe you have the grounds to *** them otherwise? I think it's fair that everyone knows the type of business model Level Up is truly operating instead of the ones you read in articles and glowing reviews. They lack integrity, professionalism, owning to mistakes and making it right. I would highly recommend looking for another contractor for your foundation repair.
